Our new standing seam, metal roof from Houser Roofing is beautiful! We had Dustin come and look at our project and from start to finish, he and his crew did not disappoint. He started off and stayed on the right foot from my first phone call until the last piece of equipment was gone. He always returned calls promptly and made additional or follow-up calls when something changed. The crew showed up when promised and worked diligently every day to make sure things stayed on schedule. Roofing can be messy work, but the guys did a great job of making sure the day to day disruptions were minimal. Clean-up was done as expected and the finished project was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Houser Roofing for an excellent job! I highly recommend them for your metal roofing needs.

Outstanding service from my initial call, and Jeff Kent arrival for same day "free" roof inspection. Jeff treats you as if you're his family. Talked to Jeff with Houser Roofing about coming out and giving us a quote for new shingles on our roof. Thought it was a fair price for the work involved so went ahead and scheduled the job and was pleased with the job the crew did the following week. He's honest and works tirelessly to make customers happy. I've always received quick responses from him and he delivered on everything he promised. Jeff made this project run very smoothly. Houser Roofing delivered all high quality roofing material that they recommended to me. The installers worked very efficiently and meticulously to install a durable leak free shingle roof. These are very skilled workers who would only hand nail all of my new shingles to assure that the nails are coming into my decking at the right depth. Their Certainteed Select Shingle Master certification assures you that they are well trained installers. The installers kept the work area tidy from debris. Before they left, all old roofing material, nails, or any waste were picked up and disposed from my property just the way my house was before the started the project. This project was completed within one day over the course of 12 hours. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Houser Roofing. You will not find a roofing contractor who works this hard for you. They answer you at any day or time. Their craftmanship is high quality. All of my neighbors who hired Houser in the Cinco Ranch West community haven't had any leaks. I have full confidence in Houser when I refer them to my friends and family.

I had a phenomenal experience with Houser Roofing. As a single woman, it's very important for me to find companies I can trust. That will not screw me over- Jeff Kent was awesome! He made the insurance process SO easy, and my roof was done in a day. I had damage from the last storm and it took me a while to commit to having it fixed. Pricing was very fair, based on neighbors and even family members that have worked with Houser and Jeff before. They aren't the lowest, but most definitely not the highest (I combed through lots of reviews for this company and others). I feel like you get what you pay for and I am confident this roof will hold up for as long as I need it to. I cannot say enough good things about this company. After they finished, everything was cleaned and in better shape than when they came. Absolutely solid job and Jeffs personality made it all the better. What a wonderful company and experience. 5 different requests for bid and Travis was our favorite by far. Came out and measured the 4,000 sf of 3 layered roof with a combination of roof lines as well as wood and asphalt shingles with a lot of rotten decking. Travis was able to secure a good finance program and a start time despite all the recent rain we have had. We chose Houser Roofing because of Travis' courteous and truly caring demeanor. The team showed up and stripped the old roof off, replaced the bad decking and installed new shingles in 2 days. There was 7 different rooflines, gardens all the way around and three decks to work around (and the soft, muddy yard for the dump trailer). Thank you Houser Roofing (and Travis) for fixing our old and leaky roof, completely changing the look of the neighborhood. Job well done!
