I recently had the pleasure of working with Dwight from HouseFinch Handyman to build a custom bookshelf for my home. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Dwight was a true professional. He listened carefully to my needs and vision, offering suggestions and insights that were invaluable to the process. Dwight is not only a skilled craftsman, but he is also an artist. He took time to understand my aesthetic preferences and created a bookshelf that was not only functional but also a beautiful addition to my space. The craftsmanship is impeccable, with every detail meticulously handcrafted to perfection. I can’t thank him enough and highly recommend him!

I contacted Dwight about a really in depth and complicated project for a garage renovation and he knocked it out of the park! Dwight came out to assess the situation, made recommendations and scheduled the install immediately. Once we got halfway through the drywall tear out we realized the project, while feasible, would drastically increase the cost of the renovation due to the home builders odd choice in water line placement. Dwight worked with me to come up with a different solution, and in the process saved me a significant amount of cost over the initial project scope. The quality of work is fantastic too! In the attached photos you’ll see the ceiling and drywall repairs + light installs Dwight did, and you’ll notice there’s not a thing that could possibly look better. The attention to detail really shines - nothing was overlooked. I could not be more pleased with choosing HouseFinch. J

Dwight was awesome. He showed up on time and did great work. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His attention to details like getting things to line up and be level was appreciated. We were renovating a room and assembling Ikea furniture. I would highly recommend Dwight and we will use him again in the future the next time we have a need.

Dwight served as the general contractor for a $100,000 three month remodeling project of our oceanfront condo. He did the demo, flooring installation, kitchen cabinet installation, tub and vanity installation, drywall, painting and popcorn ceiling removal himself and subcontracted major plumbing and electrical work (and helped with minor electrical work along the way). In addition, he created an expanded closet to house a full-sized stackable washer/dryer. The results were amazing! I highly recommend Dwight for all projects large and small.

Dwight from HouseFinch was great. He came to our newly bought home to replace the caulk in our kitchen, and ended up adjusting our hanging lamps and putting up pictures as well. But I was most impressed when he noticed our bathroom fan not working correctly; within a day he had found a replacement and installed it, which required cutting out the drywall and then replacing and painting. When he was done it was touched up and cleaned so well you couldn't even tell anything had happened but for the working fan! Through it all he really talked us through the process so we understood what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and cares about doing the job well.

Dwight did a fantastic job on my Daughter's room remodel. The paint job is superb, the color looks great and he install shelf’s for her closet. And a new ceiling fan with remote. Very professional and finished in a timely manner. We can’t wait for the next project! Thank you!

Dwight is professional, excellent skills, reasonable prices. He removed cupboards and long desk from a bedroom, patched the walls, painted, replaced some 1/4 inch round and left the room In pristine condition afterwards. I cannot recommend hm high Lu enough! 10 stars ⭐️

We hired Dwight for a last minute project before the closing of our house. We were very happy with the quality of his drywall work and impressed with our quickly he responded and fit us into his schedule. Would highly recommend!

Dwight and his team were very professional and thorough. He was able to start my home renovation earlier than expected and was very communicative about each aspect of the project. He offered alternatives and gave wonderful suggestions. He took his time to ensure everything was done properly. He took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns even after hours. House Finch is the BEST! Very detailed. They installed curtain rods and painted deck doors for us and did a fantastic job. We will hire them again and highly recommend them!
