This was genuinely the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. From the second I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed—not in a forced way, but in that “we actually care about you” kind of way. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Nothing felt rushed at all. They explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the visit, and made sure I felt relaxed the whole time.

They were able to squeeze my child in quickly for an emergency, and the entire process was completely seamless. From check-in, to the emergency exam, to check-out, everything was smooth. Dr. Brandon was wonderful with my child. He explained everything clearly and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. As a parent, that meant a lot to me. My child actually left in a positive mood and is looking forward to her next visit. I’m very grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness we experienced and would highly recommend this office to other parents.

The customer service at House of Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics was absolutely phenomenal from the very first phone call to schedule the appointment all the way through the moment I walked out of the building. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Although they do not accept my insurance and I will need to seek another dentist for ongoing care, they worked diligently with me to provide the peace of mind I needed in the moment for my child’s tooth. They were able to see her quickly, thoroughly explain the situation, and provide all the information and documentation needed to ensure that our next dentist is set up for success. I am extremely grateful for the time, patience, and compassion shown to us today. First visit with my kids to House of Smiles, a dentist office that recently opened in the Cypress area. Dr. Brandon is very poised, polite and professional. I appreciate his expertise, and warm-hearted mannerism with my children. The office was very clean and the staff were nice. Looking forward to our next visit.

Clean and very kid friendly. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. The dental hygienist was gentle with my three year old. The Doctor was very nice, gentle, and explained every step so my toddler would not be afraid. I’m so glad I found them! Def recommend!
