CKS projects carried out a large extension to the rear of our modern home which had a butterfly roof line. We visited properties that CKS had previously undertaken and were impressed by the designs and workmanship of the homes. The Owners reviews that we read were all very positive. Keiron the Managing Director working with his Architect/Draftsman we’re able create a design working with the existing roof line by adding another butterfly extension to give the appearance that the extension was part of the existing structure. An added bonus of this was the internal ceiling was raised on one end with a gentle slope making the appearance of the room a very spacious. The well thought out design, along with the workmanship carried out by Keiron’s CKS Team displayed an eye for detail on all aspects of the build. We were very happy with the finished result and would recommend CKS Projects to anyone wishing to build a new home or add an extension which is complimentary to the existing structural design

We have just completed the most amazing experience building our forever home. Keiron oversaw a very complex build on a difficult site and he accomplished this with extraordinary attention to detail, initiative and consideration of our requirements. As a small scale developer, I hired CKS Projects to manage and build a luxury townhouse project near Wollongong. They sorted out all the tricky council stuff, kept the build moving, everything from excavation to final inspection, and used high-quality materials like steel framing, sandstone and Color bond metal roofing.
