We're proud to announce that CKS Projects has been recognised as a Contract Homes Winner at the Master Builders Association Awards, one of the most respected acknowledgements in the Australian residential construction industry.
The winning project, Clifftops Wombarra, exemplifies everything we strive to deliver: technically resolved construction, considered architectural design, and an exceptional standard of finish that responds meaningfully to its coastal environment. Perched above the Illawarra escarpment, Clifftops Wombarra presented a complex and demanding site, and the result speaks to the skill and precision our team brings to every custom home we build across Wollongong, the Illawarra, and the Shoalhaven.
The MBA Awards recognise excellence across every dimension of residential building, from structural integrity and construction methodology through to architectural detailing, material specification, and overall project delivery. This recognition reflects the standard we hold at every stage of the build process, from design consultation and council approval through to construction, finishing trades, and handover.
For homeowners considering a new custom home, knockdown rebuild, duplex development, or luxury coastal residence on the South Coast, this award represents our commitment to homes that are beautifully designed, expertly built, and made to last.
🏆 Recognised. Awarded. Built for the Illawarra.
