Beyond the home itself, CKS Projects delivered the full outdoor environment for this Huskisson project, including the pool, concrete surfaces and surrounding landscaping. Restrained planting and clean hard finishes carry the architectural language of the home right out into the garden.
As a custom home builder, we see outdoor works as part of the build, not an afterthought. Pool design, landscaping, and exterior detailing all need to work with the home's materials and site conditions, especially on bushland-adjacent blocks common around Huskisson and the Shoalhaven coast.
The goal here was a seamless connection between indoor living, outdoor entertaining and the natural surroundings. Dark, sculptural cladding, clean concrete lines and considered planting all work together so the home feels like it belongs on its site, not placed on top of it.
