The finest homes for entertaining aren't designed around a single room, they're designed around movement. At CKS Projects, we build custom homes across Wollongong, the Illawarra, and the Shoalhaven where interior and exterior spaces flow seamlessly together, creating environments that feel open, welcoming, and genuinely made to be shared.
When indoor living extends naturally into alfresco dining, covered entertaining areas, and landscaped outdoor spaces, the home transforms. Conversations move freely between kitchen, living, and outdoor zones. Natural light fills every corner without interruption. And guests experience a sense of ease and generosity that only purposeful architectural design can deliver.
This quality of connection doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of early-stage decisions, door and glazing placement, floor level continuity between interior and exterior, ceiling height transitions, structural opening widths, and the careful relationship between kitchen positioning and outdoor entertaining flow. At CKS Projects, these decisions are resolved during the design and planning phase, ensuring the finished home performs as beautifully for a relaxed weekend gathering as it does for everyday living.
