Light, warmth and connection inside a Coledale renovation.
The interior was reimagined as part of a full renovation, with an expanded living area and balcony opening the home up to its bushland and ocean outlook. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, was designed to strengthen the connection between the interior and the escarpment setting outside.
As a custom home builder, CKS Projects worked to bring this vision to life, focused on proportion, natural light and craftsmanship throughout. The result is a home that feels contemporary and understated, while still deeply connected to its Coledale surroundings.
Renovations on steep or complex sites like this call for real structural expertise alongside design sensitivity. It's this combination of precision and collaboration that defines how we approach custom home building and major renovations across the Illawarra.
