From above, the true presence of a home is revealed. An aerial perspective highlights not only the architecture, but also how it sits within its surroundings — its proportions, positioning, and relationship to the neighbourhood.
It’s a broader view of design, where every element comes together with intention and balance.
Key aspects of considered design:
• Strong site planning and spatial positioning
• Harmonious relationship with surrounding context
• Balanced proportions and architectural form
• Thoughtful integration within the streetscape
At CKS Projects, we design homes across Wollongong, Illawarra, and Shoalhaven that stand out while still belonging.
