From the first call with Franca to the delivery of my report, this was the smoothest part of my home purchase experience by far. Franca waas very nice, patient and efficient when making my appointment. I wasnt going to be at the property and had someone meeting Garrett (the inspector) there in my stead. I had asked to a text whne he was about 30 minutes away. Sure enough 30 mminutes to the second I got the text. Inspection was very thorough and took about 3 hours. That same night I received the detailed report with pictures. talk about a quick turnaround, After I got the report I had one more request so I texted Franca and received a call from Jeff the head Inspector. He fulfilled my request without question and within the hour. All in all this was an excellent company to deal with. VEry fair price, great service and friendly people. Rare today but these guys nailed it. Highly recommend

Jeff the home inspector was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through the process step by step and provided a very comprehensive report at the end. He also answered all my questions and provided more context than I even asked for. He also made sure to be precise and objective, pointing out when he commented on something from his expert inspector perspective vs. from his general knowledge and opinion. Both perspectives were well received and appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to others, and in fact was referred to him myself by another person who also had glowing reviews.

Jeff is great. I've had him inspect for me twice. He's very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. Hopefully my deal goes through, if not, I'll be using them again.

I was referred to Jeff by a good friend of mine, Jeff came out last minute to view a property I am interested in, though it was my first process in home ownership he made the entire inspection a pleasant experience for me, he is very knowledgeable he did a wonderful job getting all the major aspects of the property from the top to the bottom. he pointed out the problematic areas, the things that needed to fix ASAP and other areas that will become a problem if not addressed soon. he wrote a very thorough report outlining his findings. and his suggestions. Don’t know where to start I had 2 inspections done The first one with Jeff who was very experienced, honest and very patience inspector. I loved his report we ended up not buying that house. The second inspection done by Zack We ended up buying that house and all he kept saying the whole time that that kind of houses was a easy job for him. Why? Because he didn’t inspected! First rain storm we had a mayor basement flood. Water coming through the window in the basement, We had to replaced the bilco door because he recommended a strip weather replacement which was totally pointless. Also the fundation of the whole patio didn’t have a pitch out. Had the pitch in tours the house. Of course all water was coming in. Not done yet.. Found windows were cracked all wind coming in also ac running out. Basement window still was a metal and didn’t show anything at his report. Also the fundation had a window that was sealed out that he never noticed it and was coming water to the inside. Cracks near the sump pump closet (He didn’t notice it either) He didn’t tested or notice broken appliances. Flood Lights on the outside near basketball court not working. Pitch from the gardens going to the house and not out. We had to replace the whole gutters system because it wasn’t working properly, they were too short for the size of the house. The garage doors not closing properly And front main door damaged. Our windows are in really bad shape and he didn’t even got it on his report I hired them for 2nd time because Jeff did a really good job but zack didn’t. If you using this company for your home, consider to make sure you have Jeff. Sadly now we ending up with a house full of problems.

House 2 Home was recommended to me by my real estate agent and the overall experience was fantastic. I had the pleasure of walking around the entire house with Jeff and he was very professional and courteous. The inspection took about 2.5 hrs and it went by so quickly! Jeff shared his experience and knowledge as an inspector for what to look out for as a future home owner. He not only tells you what should be fixed prior to closing, but also tells you what are good practices you can do as a homeowner to to extend the life of the house. I will definitely use them again in the future for home inspections, both as a seller and a buyer!

I’m so glad I called House 2 Home. I called based on their high rating and it is accurately high. I left my name and number and was called back the same day and the appointment was made that day which was great bc I already only had a few days left to get the inspection done. I met Jeff and his son at the property and they were very nice and forthcoming with information. I didn’t want to bother them as they worked. They took a good two hours combing over the whole house. Even though they were going to be preparing a full inspection report, Jeff took the time to go over some things in their findings right then in the house that would be in the report and give me some tips on taking care of certain things. The report came through promptly the following day for me and my realtors review. I was very happy with their service.

Jeff is absolutely fantastic. Well versed in many aspects of the home and provided great insight in a palatable way as home inspections aren't my forte. Would for sure utilize their services again if I purchase another home. Franca also was very information. Quick to schedule and made it work for my timeline!
