PAWtastic Academy Hillsdale

Our first pup Rome stood here for a day, then boarded a whole week. He loves it there and I have to say, picking him up after that whole week, Rome has become a more impressive pup/dog. His mannerism and physical condition had a great improvement. His coat was nice and shiny, his athletic build became more present. I equate that to the staff monitoring his time, excellently. Walking him he seems to listen to commands better. More aware of my presence and comfort. ‘Being around the other dogs was a good social experience for him as well. I can tell he learned a few things being a puppy. Staff is very hospitable and patient with me as well being a first time dog parent lol

We dropped our dog off ar Pawtastic for the evening, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was super friendly, professional, and clearly cared about every dog there. They made check-in easy, kept us updated, and our pup came home happy and tired — always a good sign! The place was clean, organized, and had such a positive energy. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe and fun spot for their dog! Will definitely be back

Edward and Alex at Hounds Town were so friendly and helpful with every interaction I had with them before my dog’s first stay. She spent a long stretch with them and seemed happy and well taken care of, plus came home looking/smelling great after a bath. I appreciated they were willing to send photos since being away from her for a week is tough. The facility is brand new with tons of space. We’re so glad they opened just around the corner, she’s already booked for a second stay. Thank you!!

I use Pawtastic Academy in Hillsdale for the daycare for my little beagle once in awhile. I decided to board my dog there since everyone was always so friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. I had never boarded my dog before and I was going away for about 8 days. The once-a-day video was great. When I picked Lucy up she was happy and stress free. Thank you!

The best spot ever! Alex and co a godsend for my pup Nala. I was a very concerned leaving her at daycare and they made me feel great about it and now I have no worry ever leaving my puppy there

So far I like this place and what they offer. I’m a first time dog owner. Tho I had dogs when I was younger I didn’t own them. Alex helped me over the phone. He was helpful as well as Eric I believe his name was, he helped me in person. I appreciate the time and will be returning to this place. It’s far but worth the travel

Great staff and company. Reasonable prices as well. Love how they send videos each day so I can see the pup in action. The holiday events are great too.

My dog, Lola, loves her time here. She excitedly jumps at the door when we arrive in the morning and is completely exhausted by the time we get home in the evening! The staff are very nice, as well!

I brought my dog in for a deluxe cleaning but when I picked him up he still smelled unclean and his fur was badly matted. It looks like they ended up matting his coat by not properly combing and blow drying him. I had to go home and rewash and brush him myself. I feel like I wasted my money on this visit and they need to do a better job.

Love love love this place - the staff takes great care of my rambunctious 2 boys. They are always so friendly, nice and polite. The themed parties are too cute, I can't wait to see photos they post ( this was them at prom) Really this is the only place I want to tale my dogs to.
