My stay at Hotel Venkatesh was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Hotel Venkatesh, Mahabaleshwar! I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Venkatesh in Mahabaleshwar. The Executive Room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality here is truly exceptional; every staff member was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room service was quick and efficient, and the buffet breakfast was simply amazing — delicious food served with love and care. The dinner service was also excellent, offering great variety and taste. One of the best parts was their smooth coordination in helping guests park vehicles safely at their other resort, which shows their great management and guest focus. Overall, Hotel Venkatesh stands out for its top-class service, friendly staff, and warm hospitality. I truly loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar! ❤️

Comfortable Stay & Excellent Service! I had a wonderful experience at Vyanakatesh Hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, making the stay pleasant and hassle-free. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Overall, it’s great value for money — highly recommended for family stays!

We had book this hotel through Agoda in one month advance, on check in day, The receptionist said we don’t have your booking in our records, i shown them all the mail from agoda and Hotel Vyankatesh but she is not ready to look at it. First of all Hotel Vyankatesh- pls train your staff specially lady receptionist to speak politely with the customer, very rude behaviour of lady receptionist. 2) keep strong coordination with Agoda, hotel didn’t even know about the customer Arriving in there hotel.

Worst experience! I booked the jacuzzi room the most expensive once. Because it was near to the market. They had only 2 room . One was working and other one was completely not in a working condition. They gave us the not working one and said the light is not there untill 5pm. We waited and still nothing was working and we called mmt! (Booking partner) informed them about the situation that the light is not there! No amenities are working no jacuzzi no ac not even the TV and wifi since we checked in! They shameless made us wait and charged us for food even though it was included in the package we booked! After cancellation they make us not even wait untill we could book some other place. While we waited for there service for more than 5 hours! We were so exhausted and just wanted to relax after a ride from mumbai till there location which was 210kms that we travelled to get there. Staff - was rude and behaved so pathetically worst! Ambience - pathetic All over experience - cant even rate them 1 out of 10! It was such a bad experience Would never recommend staying here

Food and staff were the only highlights of our stay. The rooms, unfortunately, were unhygienic — dirty pillow covers and cockroaches made the stay unpleasant. This issue needs serious attention from the housekeeping and management team.”

Our stay was great, very helpful staff. Though during ordering food, instructions need to be repeated twice or thrice, but restaurant staff was very co-operative, they tried best in providing food for our infant as well that too customised also. Overall food & dining experience was good. Hotel staff from staff, reception to managers all very supportive & pro-active. We enjoyed hassle free service and stay. Rooms were neat and clean.
