Stay was good. New Delhi metro station was accessible. Paid early check in was allowed which was much needed for us. The food ordered through the hotel was good. 24 hours hot water was not available. Instead a bucket of hot water was provided 24/7. Rooms and bed sheets were pretty clean and maintained.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sun International located very conveniently near New Delhi Railway Station, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was courteous, helpful and available when needed. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process to accommodate my train timings. You can order breakfast or enjoy 24/7 service. For a budget-friendly hotel, the service and hospitality was commendable. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi looking for a centrally located and accessible accommodation.

Worst experience ever, cost is a total scam. The low cost rooms are completely unusable, had to forcefully go for a costlier room. The images shown in website are total scam. Doesn't allow guests in room and staff is very rude Reply to your response It's not totally because of the policies. We agree yo your policies and we were agreed to provide valid id proofs but your staff was not ready to listen anything nor talk properly. Secondly mentioned scam because images uploaded for 1k priced room and actual rooms are completely different. Either list with proper price and images or don't list those smaller room which are unfit to even breath. My review was not at all biased, we were agreeing to provide valid id proofs, were politely asking for atleast letting the girl use washroom (where u were forcing to use common washroom even after i paid the whole price) this is just rude. Hope u will understand and fix the issues. Also next time u ask a reviewer to stick to facts then remember to pay them well otherwise they will say truth and expose the conditions of ur "prestigious" hotel

Very very bad and unprofessional way of treating ppl. I booked for a room in hotel sun international and when I wanted to cancel and rebook for different dates, the person is saying only the technical team can cancel and we cannot do anything on this, and asked me to call and talk to the technical team. Why I would be calling the technical team of yours? And I don't find any technical team numbers as well in their website. Only 2 contacts were there, one cut the call and the other spoke with no responsibilities at all. The office incharge cut the call while talking. Learn to treat your customers in a good manner first Please don't book here. Fraud hotel and staff.

It's a worst hotel. I stayed for one day only. When i see photo on Google it's not same. Room is uncleaned and bedsheet is too much stain and unwashed. And bathroom and sink is very dirty. And room is fully with bed smell. I prefer everybody before Book, must check everything please 😔

would like to share my recent experience at your reception. The receptionist, Mr. Vikas (if I recall his name correctly), was extremely rude and unprofessional. Such behavior creates a very poor first impression. I arrived at around 11:00 AM, feeling very tired, and I was accompanied by my friend. When we requested an early check-in, we were informed that check-in would only be possible at 12:00 PM unless we paid an additional ₹500 for one hour early access. Although the amount felt quite high, I agreed and made the payment. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a Deluxe Room despite having paid for an Executive Deluxe Room. Additionally, Mr. Vikas handled the entire process in a very rude and unprofessional manner, and his responses were not courteous at all. This kind of behavior from the reception staff significantly impacted our overall experience. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure better customer service in the future.

Comfortable and safe stay for families We stayed at Hotel Sun International with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is easy to reach and located close to New Delhi Railway Station, which made our arrival and travel very convenient. The staff was very polite and supportive. They helped us with extra towels, guidance about local travel, and made check-in smooth even with children. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Everything needed for a family is close by — food outlets, pharmacies, shops, and ATMs are within walking distance. We didn’t have to travel far for daily needs. Tourist attractions, markets, and shopping areas are very close, making it easy to plan outings without long travel. For the price, this hotel is a great choice for families. Clean rooms, safe environment, and helpful staff made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely recommend Hotel Sun International to families visiting Delhi.

This hotel should not be listed on any booking platform. Sun International Hotel, Delhi is in an extremely poor and unhygienic condition, and the staff behavior makes it even worse. The room was filthy. The bed sheets were dirty, stained, and clearly reused. There was no dustbin in the room, and when I asked for one, they handed over a broken, dirty dustbin that looked like it came straight from a trash area. The bathroom experience was horrifying. I requested bathroom slippers and was shocked beyond words they gave me used, worn-out men’s slippers, clearly reused by multiple guests. This is disgusting, unsafe, and a serious hygiene violation. Housekeeping is non-existent. The flush was not working, and despite repeatedly calling reception, I was casually told that the plumber was “not available.” No urgency, no solution, no apology. Just indifference. Take a look at the windows and overall room condition broken, dirty, poorly maintained, and neglected. The room felt uncomfortable and unclean. What’s even more unacceptable is the staff’s arrogant attitude. When I raised these issues and mentioned that I had paid via MakeMyTrip, the response was shocking: 👉 They openly said they “don’t care about MMT.” This clearly shows how little they respect guests and booking platforms. I booked this hotel after seeing some positive reviews, and I feel completely misled. The reality is the rooms are terrible, hygiene is zero, and service is careless and rude. I have attached images as proof of the dirty bed sheets, broken dustbin, filthy slippers, broken flush, window condition, and overall room state. Avoid this hotel at all costs. This place is not worth your money, your time, or your health. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The washrooms were clean and rooms were good. Smart tv made out stay fun. As per the price our stay was good. Not to expensive and the food was great too. We are a group of 10 people and on request we good rooms on the same floor.the management really helped us out with this. Thank you
