At the outset let me make it clear that this is not a paid review. - we four senior citizens checked into this hotel. - service has been excellent. Rooms are clean, linen is in impeccable contion. Very good breakfast. - they drew up fine itinenanary for our religious trips to Ujjain, Omkareshwar and provided us with hotel's own SUV. The driver Mr. Ashish took very good care of us as if we were his own parents. - The hotel owner is very patiant and strives to make the stay comfortable. Overall for us senior citizens, this has been perfect place. N. B.- The SUV charges were aggresively competative.

The rooms were very clean and very good service. We had a very good breakfast in the morning and Saraswati was very helpful and made sure we were served with all that was required. Its a great location with local stores nearby. Highly recommend it.

The service was extremely good along with the food and the amenities. All requests were handled in a courtesious manner by Saraswati and she was very polite for all the requests. Highly recommended for stay and also to have the in-house breakfast and dinner.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Grand Giridhar Premier. It was comfortable and well located as it was near to the marriage venue. We had visited Indore to attend a marriage function. The rooms were neat and clean with spotless white fresh bed linen and the washrooms equally good with clean towels and good hot and cold showers complete with bathroom toiletries. The extra brownie points that the hotel gets is for its housekeeping staff. Brimming with enthusiasm, positivity ever willing and keen to help in every possible way. i would love to mention how impressed i was with the female staff namely Vandana, Saraswati and Shri. Shri and Saraswati even helped me in pinning my saree. The place felt like a home away from home. Thank you dears and keep up the good work. We shall visit again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in indore and had a fantastic experience the location was perfect and the staff were increbly helpful and friendly especially reception team Mr tushar he is very cooperative I also enjoy there breakfast in oscar restaurant and the atmosphere is very good 👍 highly recommended this hotel.... Saraswati at oscar restaurant in this hotel is also very cooperative and of very polite nature. She served us breakfast nicely and taken care of us during breakfast.

Rooms are average. We Couldn't use the bathtub due to non maintenance. Food and breakfast are good. Saraswati is a very pleasing staff and offers great service at their restaurant at the time of breakfast. The breakfast is relishing and has great taste.

It was an amazing experience staying at this property. We booked a Suite Room with Jacuzzi and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was at a good location with easy access to nearby places. We were provided with complimentary breakfast for the entire 3 days of our stay. Both Mr. Tushar & Mr. Gautam were very helpful, giving insights about which all places can be visited. Overall a very pleasant experience and full value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at The Grand Giridhar, Indore. Despite my late check-in around 6.30 PM, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very cozy bed. The facilities were excellent, making the stay truly comfortable. Will definitely return on my next visit!
