I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. What truly made my experience special was the excellent service provided by the staff. A special mention to Gungun, who was बेहद helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again!

would never recommend anyone to stay here. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The bedsheets were dirty and torn. There was no kettle in the room and no complimentary drinking water—guests had to buy bottled water themselves. Although the room had a TV and an air conditioner, there were no remotes for either. As a result, the AC couldn't be controlled, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, lacked basic amenities, and did not provide the level of comfort expected from a hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Near to Airport best if you are searching quiet room just next to higway. Very quiet rooms with double doors. Just landed from Aurstralia need complete rest they provided me quiet room. I am solo traveler just want to explore Delhi and then agra, They provided me hotel taxi innova very comfortable and good experience driver. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel management was generous enough to allow us an early check-in, which was really helpful. The breakfast was good, and the service and hospitality were excellent throughout our stay. Overall, a very good experience — I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable near Airport and friendly place to stay. Great value Best in class thanks to Hotel Devrana.

Old hotel, maintained properly. Good vegetarian food supplied into rooms. Good as as a transit point when waiting for connecting flights. Good rating I gave is because rates are reasonable. It's not so good if rates were higher. I paid around Rs 1,500

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked this hotel directly through their official website, but when I arrived, the staff demanded extra money just to check me in. After a long argument, I had no choice but to pay because I had just completed a 15-hour international flight, it was already late at night, and I was completely exhausted. To make things worse, they deliberately gave me a terrible room. There was an empty alcohol bottle left inside the room, the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and the shower wasn't working at all. When I requested a room change, the staff simply refused without offering any solution. Later that night, the air conditioner was also turned off, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Looking at my experience, I genuinely question whether many of the positive reviews are real or if they are paid or manipulated. Please be careful before booking this hotel. I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. It does not deserve the rating it has online. Basic amenities were missing — there was no proper towel, kettle, toothbrush kit, or shaving kit. Even the dustbin was not available in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The room itself was in very poor condition. There was no proper ventilation, making it feel suffocating. The AC was not working properly, and there was a constant bad odor throughout the room. On top of that, there was a strong smell of smoke and cigarettes, which made the environment even more unpleasant and uncomfortable. The service was equally poor. We ordered one item, but they served something completely different. The food quality was bad and not worth the price at all. The photos shown on Google are completely misleading and do not match the actual condition of the hotel. It feels like false advertising. Overall, this was a pathetic experience. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I would strongly not recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at the Devrana hotel. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The cleaning staff in particular were so friendly and kind. Thank you Rahul for your service and support during our stay as well as Chottelal who gave us the most incredible room cleaning on time

The only thing good was the location of the place other than that the tv was not working the ac was making loud noises and the problem solving ability of the staff is close to none, but they have good and respectful way of talking (thats the only good part) other than this the stay was mediocre. One more thing the place had no view at all. The team was polite
