Rooms are fine. Geyser worked only for 2 days and other days not working. After complaining also no action. Service is good. One day after returning, my room's exhaust fan was on and bathroom door was open. Upon asking had they came for cleaning they denied it completely. Something was fishy.

We had a wonderful time at the Devrana hotel. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The cleaning staff in particular were so friendly and kind. Thank you Rahul for your service and support during our stay as well as Chottelal who gave us the most incredible room cleaning on time

Worst Experience – Do Not Stay Here I had a terrible experience at this hotel and strongly advise looking for better options nearby. I paid 1,400 for a room that looked nothing like the photos shown online; the actual condition was appalling. The room was very dirty upon arrival. Despite calling multiple times, the staff failed to provide basic necessities like towels. To make matters worse, the geyser was broken. They sent someone to fix it, but it only worked for five minutes before failing again. Save your money and find a better place to stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This was my second visit and had a awesome stay. Everything from fast check in/check out, an excellent buffet breakfast/dinner. Perfect for a 2-3 day stay and convenience and quick access to airport especially for international travellers arriving at late odd hours

I booked the room in January when the delhi temperature was very low. No room heating provided. It was freezing inside. The room I got was old and wornout. The only positive I felt was the location ( walkable from metro station)

Really noisy hotel. I had a quick night stop and I could hear the receptionist and his friend talking, watching videos and laughing the all night. When I checked out the receptionist asked me my phone to leave a review I thought he was gonna give me the review page but he actually did a full 5 stars reviews on his own. Not genuine at all.

I stay with my family and they were very happy to stay here Very comfy bed and spacious room with neat and clean, proper hygiene washroom Our meal is included in our package and the taste of food is delicious and there service very appreciated

The reviews are totally fake guys !!The stuff charged us 1400 for only 12 hrs i dont why .The rooms are cleaned but the AC switch is on staff’s control .They switched off the AC from their side early morning .Even after paying 1400 they was asking for more charge like more 500 just bcz we are only 40 min late from the check out home ,it was only 12 hrs stay but they charged 1400 still the girl staff demanding for 500. BE AWARE GUYS THIS TYPE OF SCAM HOTELS ARE THERE .THERE WAS NO TOWELS NO TISSUE IN THIS HOTEL AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER NOTHING LITERALLY THE FLUSH WAS NOT WORKING OF TOILET !LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD IN THIS PRICE RANGE !VERY BAD !! 😡😡😡 1400 Charging only for 12 hrs and still everything bad !! GO FOR OTHER HOTEL GUYSS !THE LOCATION WAS ALSO BAD !Never ever will visit again .😡

Perfect hotel if you're on a tight budget. It's Located close to main road, street is wide enough for a car to enter. Service is prompt, no frills. Rooms are very compact so keep that in mind. Family friendly place, helpdesk people are courteous. They immediately fixed any issues we had. Overall good experience
