Hot Tub Wizard

Every time I’ve dealt with these guys, they’ve been absolutely awesome! Their customer service is next to none! We got our tub fixed a couple months ago and I had an error code that showed up, I reached out via email and Cody called me to give me a few trouble shooting ideas and to inform me of what the code means. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to actually call me. (Something most companies don’t do anymore). My husband is away for long periods of time so I am left to do a lot on my own (when I don’t really know what I’m doing). Hot tub wizard has been the absolute best to deal with. Thank you so so much for having the best customer service ever! I appreciate you guys!

Cody was extremely helpful and cooperative and walk me through step-by-step to repair my spa. Definitely will be dealing with Cody and the Hot Tub Wizard in the future no fear dealing here.
