Showed up exactly at scheduled time and performed work diligently and thoroughly. Was very flexible annd accommodating for our short-term rental property guests’ needs and schedule. Provided service photos and recommendations for keeping our hot tub sparkly clean and sanitary for guest use. THANK YOU Gabriel and team!

I’ve been using Hot Tub Shine’s services for almost a year now to take care of my hot tub. Gabriel has been great at keeping it clean and in good condition. He never skips a service and he sends me a report every time. I always feel confident that the hot tub is working well thanks to Hot Tub Shine.

Gabriel was great and very helpful. We just bought our house and got a hot tub in the deal. It needed a lot of work, but he was able to get us hooked up with all the right tools, materials, and knowledge to take care of it properly. He was polite, courteous, and friendly. Well worth the price we paid, and if we run into any issues we will be calling him again.

Highly recommend hot tub shine! first time, hot tub maintenance. Gabriel took the time prior to coming out to explain everything that he would do. He was on time and personable . During this appointment, Gabriel again was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions . Prior to leaving Gabriel texted(Without my requesting) things we went over, so as to have for future reference. Was extremely impressed with his professionalism . You can tell he Enjoys his Profession. I will be using him for all my future Hot tub maintenance.

I bought a house that came with a hot tub...and I had no clue what to do with it. I called Hot Tub Shine based on 5 stars and was not disappointed! Gabriel did such a great job cleaning and explaining. He showed me how to do weekly maintenance and the thing is so shiney and clean...no "people stew" creepouts anymore. Thank you to Gabriel and Otis for servicing the Tacoma area...will be calling back in a few months!!!!!!
