Chad is amazing!!! My hot water tank decided to kick it - so I called him and he answered right away. He gave me a fair price and was at my place within 12 hours of my call. Him and his crew went in, removed my old tank for me, and put my new tank in without me being home! Fully trust Chad and his team. Simple payment method and detailed invoice provided as well. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. They installed a new high-efficiency furnace and moved the entire thing 4', added a condensate pump, and a new vent in my 120+ yr old house. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and workmanship - and price ! Significantly less than the 3 other quotes I received. On a short notice, Chad was able to save our wedding rehearsal day! Hours prior to our event our bath facet started leaking, and while trying to fix it I injured my hand. To make things worse, our area of the city lost its power... We were lucky we decided to go with Hot Shots! We sent Chad pictures of our faucet and he immediately was able to tell us what component we needed to acquire from Home Depot. After getting that piece, Chad was able to squeeze us into his schedule and fix the faucet while we still had no power. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to him our day was saved! I had a toilet seat to fix after a bad installation and it was fixed very fast. I did a check up on the furnace as well and it was made fast and changed few parts. It's working well now. The only thing i can say is that the guy who inspect my furnace didn't have a flash light and he borrowed mine and left with it. It was surprising this person didn't have his own. But overall very friendly and efficient and fast.
