The experience is always consistent and pleasant from first contact with JoAnn or the other office staff, to the stylists (shoutout to Brittany Rinaldi and Marisa Graham) to the washers. I’ll keep going back and would recommend anyone debating on trying their services to do so. Thanks, ladies for keeping me confident in my looks!

I was referred to a stylist that did my color .I was referred by a colleague of mine . First time client . I had never been or had a service there before. I had my initial appt for 9’am I’m coming from South Florida an hour 30 min drive with traffic. I called the salon to let them know I was running 30 min behind. due to traffic .They called me back saying they would let the stylist know and they proceeded with my appt. I got there I was rushed and I could tell she had been irritated and I would’ve preferred to have been rescheduled or told I wasn’t able to get a blow dry and style along with my color. I was left with a wet head and color on my skin and nails . My clothes also on my H sandals . I left embarrassed and sad . I would never treat a client like that or at I would’ve appreciated to have been told to reschedule or have someone available to dry and style me after. No way I would recommend this place to any one .

I set an appointment for Full Head HIghlight/Lowlight. I explained on the phone that it had been a year since it was last highlighted and I had a lot of growth to be covered. My appointment was with Brittany. She quoted me for double the cost because the growth and said it was a double process color correction and wanted to do a partial highlight. I had a lot of questions since I've only ever done full head. She kept leaving me for 5-10 minutes at a time and then said she didn't have enough time. I was deciding between a partial and full head and she just acted completely annoyed by me the whole time and walked away. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by someone in a salon. She wasted a half hour of my time. I called Pyure which is right down the road. Not only did they charge me for a single process, full head highlight/Lowlight, use Aveda products, do a PHENOMENAL job....they charged me $115 less. They also explained the way that Brittany at Hot Heads would've done my hair would've been high maintenance and need to be worked on again in 6 weeks. I've been to Pyure before and have always been happy. They provide amazing customer service and listened to me, and took their time explaining what to expect. I'm sticking with them. Getting your hair done is supposed to be about self care and feeling good about yourself. Thank goodness Pyure salvaged how awful Brittany made me feel

This place is definitely the worst salon and beyond unprofessional. I had highlights done in August from this location. They were grown out in less than 3 weeks. So I tried a different stylist, Natalie. She acted bothered to assist me. Said my hair was too dry and damaged. Meanwhile this was the last place i went to for highlights! So in all reality she was making matters worse for her fellow stylist. I came to appointment with My hair washed and unblown, not missing pieces like she continued to add. Never once have been told someone couldn’t do my hair. She then walks away as I sit wasting my vacation day. She comes back and says “ya even if you were to sign a waiver…” no mama I’m good. Anyone who makes you sign a waiver should not be doing hair. Then she acted as if it was my fault she was not able to work with my hair and she literally says “i will show you out”..i was shocked that she acted like it was an insult. She did me a favor by letting me know she was clueless. Terrible experience. Pricing is so off as well.

Patricia is amazing! The hair glaze she used made my hair look so shiny, smooth, and healthy, it’s never looked better. The cut was absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted, and the blow dry gave it such beautiful volume and bounce. She really knows how to bring out the best in my hair every time

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Easy to book, they were on time, and efficient. Johnny did a phenomenal job with my hair cut. I feel like a new woman! I can't wait to come back!

Took my daughter here this weekend for a haircut with Iolana (apologies, not sure if spelt correctly). She was wonderful. Listened to her needs/wants and delivered. She was very happy with the results.

I am so incredibly impressed with Josephine and Hot Heads as a whole. I suffer from hair anxiety and struggle to follow up with haircuts. Josephine made me feel comfortable right away and ensured we would be conservative as to not cut off too much. She really listened and did exactly what I hoped for. She’s extremely personable, empathetic, and just a kind person. She also recommended some products specific to my needs. I totally trust her and highly recommend everyone check out this salon!
