⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I needed a total hair makeover and had been growing my hair out for months, unsure of what to do with it. I showed Natalie a video of a hairstyle I liked, and she absolutely nailed it! I set an appointment for Full Head HIghlight/Lowlight. I explained on the phone that it had been a year since it was last highlighted and I had a lot of growth to be covered. My appointment was with Brittany. She quoted me for double the cost because the growth and said it was a double process color correction and wanted to do a partial highlight. I had a lot of questions since I've only ever done full head. She kept leaving me for 5-10 minutes at a time and then said she didn't have enough time. I was deciding between a partial and full head and she just acted completely annoyed by me the whole time and walked away. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by someone in a salon. She wasted a half hour of my time. I called Pyure which is right down the road. Not only did they charge me for a single process, full head highlight/Lowlight, use Aveda products, do a PHENOMENAL job....they charged me $115 less. They also explained the way that Brittany at Hot Heads would've done my hair would've been high maintenance and need to be worked on again in 6 weeks. I've been to Pyure before and have always been happy. They provide amazing customer service and listened to me, and took their time explaining what to expect. I'm sticking with them. Getting your hair done is supposed to be about self care and feeling good about yourself. Thank goodness Pyure salvaged how awful Brittany made me feel
