Highly recommended.. Dear Ms. Tiffany, Dr. Lydia and Ms. Charlotte, 11 December 2025 A blessed Thursday We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the wonderful care and kindness all of you showed us today. Our beloved Princess Oyen has been struggling with her skin issues, constantly scratching until her skin breaks, and it has worried us so much. This morning, in our urgency, we searched for the nearest vet and found Hope Veterinary Care. Without even calling, we rushed over because we truly needed help — and we are so grateful that you welcomed us with such warmth and understanding. Ms. Tiffany, thank you for handling our registration so patiently and clearly. You took the time to explain the walk-in charges, and you were so thoughtful to even offer us a later appointment at 5.30 pm so we wouldn’t have to pay a higher fee. We truly appreciate that, even when we chose to proceed immediately, you understood our concerns and graciously accepted our walk-in. You also helped take Oyen’s weight and temperature, and the way you handled our Princess Oyen — so gentle, loving, and full of tender care — really touched our hearts. We are genuinely happy and grateful for your kindness. Dr. Lydia, thank you for your gentle approach and the clear, reassuring way you explained Oyen’s condition to us. Your professionalism and compassion made us feel at ease during a very stressful moment. Ms. Charlotte, thank you for explaining the medications with such patience and clarity. Your guidance helped us understand exactly what Oyen needs to heal and feel better. Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the exceptional service at Hope Veterinary Care. Each of you made a big difference for us and for our Princess Oyen. Thank you so much once again. We look forward to seeing all of you again for Oyen’s next review. Warmest regards, Princess Oyen Parents Norni & Aznan

I am grateful full this time round I did not sent to wrong clinic. Dr Jo and team is such a nice and caring doctor. Although Evening just went for booster but the care and concern really touch me. Even though it is just a booster jab, you still take the initiative to concern Evening by texting us. Thanks for the patience, caring attitude towards Evening. We appreciate a lot. Thanks a million!

Dear Dr Wong, Eunice, Alice and everyone at Hope Vet. Everyday we thank God for bringing you into our lives. All of you truly lived up to the name of your clinic and we just want you to know that your love and dedication in treating Baby meant the world to us. Right from the very first phone call when we had to send Baby in for emergency, Alice was so kind, helpful and understanding to all our needs and requests. Your constant follow ups and priority for our appointments gave us much comfort during the stressful times. Thank you too for going the extra mile to make sure that we are alright. Dr Wong, we owe you a great debt of gratitude. You radiate an energy that give us strong confidence of your expertise. On top of that, you were so thorough in your examination, accurate in your diagnosis and logical in your advises, which we know comes from depths of experience. Thank you especially for the very successfully surgery and intuition to perform resuscitation post operation when Baby’s condition suddenly went critical. Your heroic action gained us another precious month to spend with Baby. Despite your busy schedule you always make time to advise us over the phone. You’re truly a gem, your dedication and professionalism has deeply touched our lives. And to Eunice, it’s so heartwarming to see how much you genuinely cared for baby as if he was your own. Baby always seemed so secure with you. Your actions like how you gave your 100% focus in the procedures, tireless care for him during the night observation, spoon-fed him, and tenderly held baby in your arms, calling him darling. They all left a big impact in our hearts. Thank you for giving us the best farewell we could ever ask for.

My deepest gratitude to every member of Hope Veterinary Care for the exceptional care and attention shown to my pet, Prince. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication to his well-being have been evident throughout his treatment, and I could not be more appreciative. Though Prince is not the easiest to handle, your patience in thoroughly assessing his condition, and your compassionate approach made both of us feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. Thoroughout the process, you provided clear explanations, and the treatment plan you recommended was both effective and thoughtful. Thank you for your continuous support and for going above and beyond in ensuring Prince’s health. We are assured that Prince is in excellent hands when under your care!

Dr Wong and the team of staffs at Hope Vet have been super patient and gentle with my cats I always had a very pleasant experience here. Brought in Luna to check on her lips ulcer which is now improving drastically which made me and my mum super impressed and relieved that she’s doing great now! His diagnosis is always spot on and he will suggest only the appropriate tests/procedures, while informing me about the estimated cost beforehand. Just yesterday i send Luna’s sister Bella for spaying and the process went very smoothly. He guided us through the sterilization and procedures to assure that Bella were in good hands. The clinic even made a follow up message to see how Bella was doing after post sterilised despite them already giving us the post-op instructions. Thanks to Dr Wong and his great team from Hope Veterinary Care, an awesome vet with passion and dedication the team has towards animals. Would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who has pets. For sure this will be my go-to clinic when it comes to my cats. Thanks again Dr Wong and team!

3rd time bringing Toby (11M toy poodle; pictured) here since I moved nearby-ish some years ago! We've noticed his eyes getting a little cloudy over the past months, which is why I brought him in today. Dr Wong was thorough in his evaluation of Toby's condition- carried out an eye pressure test for glaucoma (and it wasn't in this case, fortunately) & communicative in terms of the purpose of testing + likely causes of visible inflammation around Toby's eyes. I was also advised of some vaccination matters, but was unsure if Toby had got certain shots yet or not (and didn't bring his file, woops). Was actually planning on getting the shots done for him right away, since I was confident he hadn't got any vaccines in recent years, but was advised against it tentatively since Toby is dealing with some skin irritation / allergies at the moment- so I appreciate the transparency & not pushing anything that wouldn't be the best for Toby here. ALSO: Toby always get really nervous / jittery at vets, so big thanks to Sam for your care & patience with him today. Your being there and help in keeping him calm & comfortable made a big difference, and he was a lot more chill afterwards actually! To Dr Wong & Sam: Thank you for your kindness & care for Toby today. ^ ^

Called in on last wed due my dog was having mild seizure(I assumed is to due back leg limping). 11.25am called to book an asap appointment as is not normal to have seizure. Receptionist answered and booked at 12pm appointment during the call asked me alot of qns which I can’t rush home to bring my dog to clinic asap. Ok nvm sudden appointment change to 2.30-3pm due to dr are in op room. Informed Dr Ooi on my dog current and past condition. She asked how does my dog reacted during seizure. I called my mum how does she reacted, drooling and paddling movements. Which my mum didn’t notice if my dog are staring blank or unconscious. she’s worried when she had paddling movement which she just wanna control and trying to calm her down. After hearing this, dr ooi replied is not seizures(ok I shouldn’t have trusting her words). She advised to do blood tests, xray X 4-5 angles which I’ll take any costs to help my dog. I was given 2 type of pain killers for the hips issue. On Sunday morning 6.35am my dog had seizures again. It stopped awhile, after 8mins a consistent seizure non stop which her brain is damaged and high fever till I have put her to sleep. IF DUE DILIGENCE is done on wed after I mentioned paddling movement and drooling, there might slight chance for my dog to be with me for a little bit longer.

Hope Vet has some of the most professional and caring vets and nurses, and I can rest assured that my fur kid is in the best hands. After every visit, they follow up and check in on how my puppy is doing and provide advice for even the smallest of details like diet transitioning. They are very knowledgeable and are able to calm my hyperactive dog down quickly each time, and are super thorough with their checks. Thanks for the great care!
