can I give less than one? came, got stuck, was asked not to do if thought would get stuck, he did it anyway. Had to call a tow to get tow out. Next one came, a different company, and pulled this tow out in 2 mins. Unbelievable. Liberty’s tow was there over 3 hours. Destroyed property. Then, we had to pay separate tow company to get us out—a toyota corolla. Liberty left with garbage in shredded property and OUR shovels in deep made trenches. Now also concerned Destroyed sprinkler line too. We are not done with this.

My call for assistance to Safeco was at 6:55 P.M. I was told Hook and Go towing would be there between 70 and 110 minutes later. I waited two hours and called Safeco back. I was told it would be 45 minutes more. I waited over an hour and called again. The service call had been marked as completed. They said the driver couldn't find the place. He was on Old Tesson Ferry (which I was informed he had been told), rather than on Tesson Ferry Rd. They said the driver was on his way and would be there in ten or fifteen minutes. I waited thirty minutes and called again. They offered to contact another towing company. I declined and waited. The tow truck arrived at 11:20 P.M. This was a second driver who said the first one had gone home. Fortunately, God had let me break down on a lighted restaurant lot with a warm place to wait and my cell phone was working. It could have been so much worse if the breakdown had happened on a dark street and my cell phone had not been working. I got home at 11:40 P.M. The towing company is located in Affton, fifteen minutes from where I broke down.
