Price is right! We rented a Corolla, worked great , AC was excellent. We just had to work 20 minutes to pick and drop but in O’ahu it’s not a problem to walk anywhere. Needed little cleaning otherwise everything is good. Affordable car rental very prompt on replying to your text. I would highly recommend to rent from them.

High tech company with flexibility that made everything easy. We had an issue with another rental car company more than doubling our cost because of a flight delay. So we had to cancel that reservation and found Honolulu affordable car rental. I filled out the website and received a text message. They worked with me to find a minivan near us and schedule dates. Everything was so easy and customer friendly. The Van was in great shape and got us everywhere the family wanted to go. They really saved our vacation and our budget.

Honolulu Affordable Car Rental had a great and cheap car for me!! The first day I got here the car they were going to rent to me had to go into the shop for repair but they gave me a weeks notice so luckily I could plan ahead. They compensated me for a free days rental for the inconvenience and the rest of the time with the van was AMAZING!! I rented a 2014 Honda Odyssey to tour around the island for 12 days and it only ended up costing me $350 for the entire time 🤯 After getting the vehicle I had no issues whatsoever!! If you are looking for a very cheap and affordable van or car rental in O’ahu I strongly suggest these guys, they did a great job plus it was a super easy process to pick up and drop off the car! Shella, Jessica and Diane, all were professional, courteous, and friendly to my questions. Affordable Car Rentals are in fact very affordable. Their prices are half of what the the other airport car rentals charges. Yes there vehicles are older models so long it takes you from point A to point B that’s what it counts. I rented a Honda Odyssey and was spacious for my 5 adult passengers. The Air condition was Cold and strong air flowing. Each passenger had their own AC vent. I will use Affordable Car Rentals again. My neighbors and family also were notified of great service and affordable car rentals.😀😀😀

I have rented several vans from this company and the service was great! Vehicles were the cleanest inside and out, top notch premium vehicles. Customer Service was quick, easy and they also swapped out a van because of an oil change light. They really take the best care of their vehicles & customers!! Will definitely rent from them again!!

Communication to pick up van was awesome, van windows and mirrors had foggy dirt streaks upon pickup ,but I understand that it was returned couple of hours prior very dirty so guy was cleaning it when I showed early for pickup, things happen so that was OK. Pick up was easy and Communication was 5 🌟, van was very good on gas, and drove ok no issues. During drop Communication was 5 🌟 and easy. Thank you all for your service, I definitely will be using you next time I come again. Also price was very affordable!

Called Honolulu Affordable car rental on a Saturday and they had a car available the next day for the next 8 days. No hassle no fuss. Everything was done via text. I rented the silver honda hrv. Easy to drive, spacious, was not worried about a break down, blends in with the local cars. Booked the rental through text which was ok, sending photos through text did not always function properly though. I think something glitches on their end when receiving photos since the photo would appear and have been sent on my end however was not received. Seats and floor were clean when I picked up the car, everything else (dash, steering wheel, trim/ door, center console, etc) was not clean and needed vacuuming and wiping. Roaches present as well (saw several near center console, one on rear floor). When I notified the agent about the roaches, the response was “ Apology on that, Melinda. We'll inform our lot tech about it. I received the photos. Have a safe travel. Goodnight.” Not really a great response/ action plan (yes I know that they are common in Hawaii.. but who wants them in their vehicle?). Car had a wet smell.. fixed that with plenty of ozium car spray. Would rent again with different expectations.
