The whole process was surprisingly painless, and you can tell the doctor really knows their stuff. If you're looking for someone who gets the job done fast and accurately, this is definitely the place. Just a heads-up on the experience: the doctor is very direct and has a pretty "firm" personality. They focus more on what’s professionally best for your teeth rather than just following what you ask for. It’s a very results-driven approach, so don't expect a lot of "service-oriented" small talk. Price-wise, it’s a bit on the higher side, but I’d say you’re paying for the speed and the expertise. If you want "fast, sharp, and effective" and have the budget for it, go for it.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They explained my condition clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The nurses were friendly, and the clinic was clean and well-organised. My treatment was quick and smooth, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’m really happy with the service and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Found this place in google with good reviews and I am super glad that I came here after being dissatisfied with my previous orthodontist. Dr Alex and team are detailed, professional, friendly. The clinic is clean and well maintained. I had a great experience as Dr Alex will asked what I think, explain to me what we are doing today and next. I was a patient with Dr. Hong for 3 years, so I can say that this clinic has a high standard of care. I had to continue my braces treatment from a previous doctor, and Dr. Hong continued until I got the satisfying result. I even had to get surgery with him for my treatment, but I got it done with no complaints or complications. If you need a dentist, this clinic is a top choice in Johor.

I would like to commend on the service of the clinic. From the booking of appointment, service of clinic assistance, the doctors’ competency and their willingness to explain were beyond expectations! I must say the entire Invisalign treatment for me was a very pleasant one. In fact, I was surprised that the pain and discomfort were very minimal. In all my visits, I only had to wait once, and that was because I was late and they already started with the next patient. Kudos to the doctors and staff!

Nice dentist and managed to get my braces done here. Dr Alex was patient with me throughout and was reasonable with his point of view regarding how my treatment should be done. I got my braces taken out by Dr Chloe, she was really kind and patient with how I preferred my teeth to be trimmed (too sharp, etc). I think I gave her a lot of trouble but she was nice about it. 😅 Had a great experience with the orthodontic clinic overall, funny staff as well.
