I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They explained my condition clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The nurses were friendly, and the clinic was clean and well-organised. My treatment was quick and smooth, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’m really happy with the service and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Found this place in google with good reviews and I am super glad that I came here after being dissatisfied with my previous orthodontist. Dr Alex and team are detailed, professional, friendly. The clinic is clean and well maintained. I had a great experience as Dr Alex will asked what I think, explain to me what we are doing today and next. I would like to commend on the service of the clinic. From the booking of appointment, service of clinic assistance, the doctors’ competency and their willingness to explain were beyond expectations! I must say the entire Invisalign treatment for me was a very pleasant one. In fact, I was surprised that the pain and discomfort were very minimal. In all my visits, I only had to wait once, and that was because I was late and they already started with the next patient. Kudos to the doctors and staff!

Nice dentist and managed to get my braces done here. Dr Alex was patient with me throughout and was reasonable with his point of view regarding how my treatment should be done. I got my braces taken out by Dr Chloe, she was really kind and patient with how I preferred my teeth to be trimmed (too sharp, etc). I think I gave her a lot of trouble but she was nice about it. 😅 Had a great experience with the orthodontic clinic overall, funny staff as well.

I was 48 years old when my orthodontic&surgical treatment has been initiated by Dr. Hong (RIP) (who is the late father of Dr. Alex) in 2020 with his great courage and convince. Then Dr. Alex has taken over my treatment. Both Dr. Alex and his late father have been so talented, experienced, confident and patient that I had not hesitated to entrust my treatment on their good hands. Dr Alex and his whole team have been kind and patient with me and always come up with reasonable suggestions how my treatment should be done throughout the whole process . It has been a great experience with my orthodontic treatment overall that I'am planning to get my daughters' treatments done at Hong Specialist Orthodontic (Dental) Clinic as well.

I was a patient with Dr. Hong for 3 years, so I can say that this clinic has a high standard of care. I had to continue my braces treatment from a previous doctor, and Dr. Hong continued until I got the satisfying result. I even had to get surgery with him for my treatment, but I got it done with no complaints or complications. If you need a dentist, this clinic is a top choice in Johor.

Dr Alex Hong is a specialist orthodontist with good bedside manners. He’s very knowledgeable , experienced, skilful and kind. I highly recommend him. I have just completed my Invisalign and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I used to be terrified of dental visits but not anymore with this doctor. The good experience makes it worth the effort to travel from Sg to JB. Nurses and staff are also friendly and responsive.

I’m very satisfied with my braces adjustment by Dr. Hong, especially since I couldn’t return to Selangor for my monthly appointments. Dr. Chloe Lim and the nurses were also professional and provided excellent service when taking out my braces and doing the scaling. This is the first dental clinic I’ve visited where I didn’t experience any pain during the procedures.
