2 storey pub with PR service. Service by the waiters wasn't great as most of them only paying attention to their regular. I've ordered food and waited 1 hours till I gave up and tell them to cancel. Despite reminding twice was told my order was given to another table.

One of the pakistan staff is really rude and impolite.He way spoke make people feel really uncomfortable and rude,he think I cant pay the bills.Please train your staff probably before they start to serve the customer.Customer in not always right,but we believe you can deliver your service in a proper and professional way
