Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and very service oriented! The repairs to my hvac system were done right and quickly! I would highly recommend! Jaron went out of his way to make sure someone visited before the holiday and the upcoming cold snap.

Techs are super knowledgeable with what they do. Very friendly and professional. Very straight forward no BS, they don’t try to rope you into an unwanted sale. Thomas was very nice and knowledgeable. Even though he had to give me pretty bad news he seemed very sympathetic and that meant a lot. The parts came in the next day and he is coming back to repair our unit in a couple days.

Marcus & Jose worked ALL DAY (not even stopping for lunch to install my HVAC system. Owner Jaron came out today to check everything that was installed correctly! No short cuts! Marcus keep me abreast of different things I.e. burning odor while welding, gas odor while connecting the furnace to the gas line! Made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Cleaned up after themselves, apologized for the muddy floor (it rained all day). I would highly recommend Hometown Heating & Cooling!

Hometown Heating was friendly and helpful. From calling in to the office to set up my appointment to Thomas coming out to figure out what was wrong with my furnace. He was able to make the repair and was super friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them for future needs!!!
