Hometown Floor Covering

Carlos and team installed our kitchen flooring and bathroom flooring. After getting the kitchen cabinets installed, we learned that they didn’t level the floor which was part of the estimate and we had to build a system under the fridge to keep it level and flat on the very crooked flooring. Then when we reached out a few weeks ago because the kitchen tile cracked he said they would come out and replace the tile, but they never responded back and I haven’t heard from them. Leaving this review in hopes they come and do the right thing and fix what they didn’t do correctly the first time. Photo of the cracked bathroom tile attached.

The team at Hometown Floor Coverings were amazing!!! The owner Carlos Garcia was so professional, and easy to work with. Unlike most contractors— Carlos showed up when he said he would, for the estimate, and for the job. Carlos and crew completely our basement project in ONE DAY. They laid LVP and carpeted the steps. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Carlos and Victor were the most professional, super nice and very good quality work. Update...although the floor was put in and I'm happy with the install, I don't know if this company will honor anything after work is done, as far as the warranty work..but install is good , been trying to get them.to come out and look at something they Said yes but haven't seen or heard from them since may 5th.

Carlos and the guys did beautiful work. The outcome surpassed my expectations. They cleaned up everything before they left and Carlos was great to work with! Definitely will use again!

I was looking for a floor company and saw a review in the Oldham County Grapevine. The writer stated that Carlos was great to work with and his company did a great job. I called and spoke to Carlos and he came out and measured the following day and provided me an estimate. When I was ready to start, I called and he and his crew came out the following Monday. They installed 3200 square feet of vinyl in 3 days and it looked fantastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Carlos, you guys were great!

Carlos and his team did great work on relaying our carpet and new LVP after our basement flooded. They were quick to respond and started the job within the week. The floors look better than they did before the flooding. I would recommend them to anyone!

Carlos at Hometown floor covering was the best. He had many flooring samples that we could choose from. He was very accommodating to our schedule as we had just bought our home and were painting also. The final result looks amazing. We are extremely satisfied with Hometown Flooring and are recommending him to others that we know.

Carlos and his team have been our go to installers for several installs. Finished a complete basement floor including tear out and removal of ceramic tile, s laminate, and carpet and installed glue down lvp in one day. Very quick,clean, and professional job every time.
