They gave me a very fair quote on a new furnace without any pressure or hidden costs, which I truly appreciated. The installation was done correctly and professionally. Everything was completed on time, and they made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right. What meant the most to me, though, was their compassion. While I was waiting for the new furnace to be installed, they showed me ways to safely keep warm and made sure I wasn’t left without guidance during a stressful time. That level of care really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling services. Honest, skilled, and genuinely caring, that’s really hard to find.

Homestead Heating & Cooling came to our rescue not once but twice. Another competitor installed our heat pump; however, the copper line set was not properly insulated. Homestead wrapped our copper lines to prevent further condensation from damaging our interior wall. Our second service was the installation of a chimney liner; our furnace was not venting correctly, causing a few issues with moisture and the efficiency of our furnace. Service was prompt and professional.

My AC wasn't running and Trent came over right away and replaced the capacitor. He got it running and did some preventative maintenance. He was very timely and professional, would recommend for any HVAC needs.

We called Trenten very late in the afternoon on a Friday after I came home from work realizing something was wrong with our outdoor air conditioning unit. Within 10 minutes he arrived with all of his gear and almost immediately found the problem. He had the old part taken off and the new one put on within 5 minutes. He then was very precise in the fact that he checked other parts of the system to ensure there were no other issues. He was professional, friendly and bottomline did a great job. With heat coming this weekend he saved my family from a miserable weekend! Thank you!
