Justin Caudillo was an absolute gift to our family during a very difficult season. After my aunt passed away, we needed to sell her home in California while we were living in Idaho. Justin came highly recommended by a close friend, and he exceeded every expectation. He gave us clear, practical guidance on what needed to be done to the house, suggested a strong and realistic price point, and handled every detail while we were in another state. The entire process—from listing to closing—was completed in just two months. Justin was always responsive, answered every question thoroughly, and communicated clearly at every step. Class act! Super knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the entire process with our short escrow, we received continuous updates from him. Anytime I had a concern with escrow, he handled it. Anytime I called him, he called me back right away. How did I meet Justin? My partner and I had been traveling to Anza from San Diego on the weekends to look at vacant properties. In most cases, we walked the properties. We looked at a property on Dale and the view took my breath away. I decided to call the name listed on the for sale sign and tell the realtor what a beautiful property we had just seen. He called me back to says thanks for the call.
