Justin Caudillo was an absolute gift to our family during a very difficult season. After my aunt passed away, we needed to sell her home in California while we were living in Idaho. Justin came highly recommended by a close friend, and he exceeded every expectation. Class act! Super knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the entire process with our short escrow, we received continuous updates from him. Anytime I had a concern with escrow, he handled it. Anytime I called him, he called me back right away. How did I meet Justin? My partner and I had been traveling to Anza from San Diego on the weekends to look at vacant properties. In most cases, we walked the properties. We looked at a property on Dale and the view took my breath away. I decided to call the name listed on the for sale sign and tell the realtor what a beautiful property we had just seen. He called me back to says thanks for the call. If I forgot something (senioritis), he was never bothered by answering the question for me again. Justin has a lovely disposition. I am not the easiest person to please either - I know what I want.
