Homelink Solar has made the process of getting my solar system, funding, and final process easy and streamlined! What I was concerned about prior to getting solar was the customer service. The guys were very professional, courteous, and efficient. The panels look great. Second review to come after inspection from SCE and we get up and running.

The best solar experience possible. I added solar and FranklinWH batteries to my home and the experience 1 year in could not be better. I was referred to HomeLink directly from FranklinWH. I worked with one of the owners Mandy Rami directly. I have never spoken to someone so knowledgeable and a believer in a product before. Mandy showed us how she had Enphase micros inverters and Franklin Batteries on her own home and all the reasons why they were the best possible product on the market. Her personal buy in with the product made us comfortable making the leap. If it’s good enough for the owners home, it’s got to be the best option on the market, right? She was right. We considered a Tesla battery and so glad we didn’t make that decision. You really do get what you pay for and our solar + battery solution perfectly meets our needs and Mandy fully prepared us for our first year as a solar customer with NEM3 in SCE. Claire was super helpful through the process but I went from signed agreement to install in just 19 days, passed inspection 5 days after install and permission to operate with SCE just 6 days from there. I couldn’t believe the entire process was 30 days. I have heard so many horror stories about making the switch to solar and the delays, the misinformation, the utility bills even after going solar and none of those things happened for me going solar with HomeLink. I have never worked with a company that you knew cared at every level about me having a great experience. When you work with HomeLink you can feel the culture of service with every employee you work with. Thank you to Joaquin, Dustin and Adam for working with the highest level of care and concern on my day of install and a special appearance from Mandy too! It’s clear why HomeLink is the preferred partner with Franklin and why this is the best equipment on the market. Thank you HomeLink for giving me a reason to write a racing review about solar!

Shoutout to the HomeLink installation crew (Marcel, Aaron, Freddy & Frank)! They arrived at the earliest time slot on the day scheduled and were, friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything at the beginning of installation and answered all my questions during and after. I hope the rest of the process (inspection, SCE connection, etc.) goes as smoothly. 5-19 EDIT: Another shoutout goes to Evani, who came out for the inspection. While she was here, she touched up the paint on the pipes and added the critter guard to all of the panels. Awesome job!

I had a great experience with Homelink Solar and Batteries installing my solar system and Tesla Powerwall. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and respectfully. The installation crew — Chris, Esteban, Ozzie, Kevin, Nick, and Matt — were amazing. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. They even replaced some existing cracked roof tiles, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect. Customer support has also been excellent. They are very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me secure my solar rebate from Tesla, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality of work, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend Homelink to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

Daniel, amazing sales guy. Best I have ever seen. I work on multi million dollar government contracts, active duty military and this guy was simply informative responsive, always made the time for me. The crew, Chris M, Anthony Esteban, Matt, Rafa, and Ozzy very professional install. All polite, hard working great crew. I feel very thankful for everyone I interacted with this company. Also Claire, very communicative, understanding and went above and beyond to alert me when the crew would show and show me all the details for the plan of my house. They are the best company I could research and I searched for months throughly. Will recommend this company to all my military friends who have houses.
