There were some last minute changes due to lay out that worked out well after the restructuring of the design. The gentlemen that completed the installation were very polite and communicative. I used Kota for the installation of my solar system 3 years ago, since then the company went out of business, and homelink was assigned for questions and future needs, I contacted Tyler for information and possibilities of expanding my existing system, Tyler was very informative, honest and straight to the point, I end up adding 10 more solar panels, and 2 batteries, I leave in Thousand Oaks, with all the fires last month I didn't have to worry about loosing power. the installation was done in a very professional way, the installers work hard the whole day, solar panels, batteries, sub-panel, and charge controllers installed in 1 day. Chris and Beto did most of the installation, I didn't get the names of the solar panels installers but they work just as hard, I was very impress by the workmanship, how clean the installation was, the bends were perfect, I highly recommend the company. Im very happy with my solar experience so far! My rep with Home Link, Mandy Rami, helped me every step of the way. She stayed in constant contact with me and never pressured me into anything. In fact she encouraged me to do my research and make calls to other companies to compare. She answered all of my endless research questions and provided PowerPoints and statistics showing me how the panels and service from Kota Solar was the best for me. The paper work was all digital and easy to follow, and the lender was the best rate out there for me (i made calls about that too). I love the auto bill pay option with such low payments per month! Mandy designed and (based on my usage plus room to grow in the future) figured out how many panels I needed. She put the panels on the side and rear of of my home which I love cuz you can’t even really see them, and they still produce A LOT of power. The work crew that installed my 26 panels were very experienced and professional. They were respectful and careful with my roof, and explained to me what they were doing to my house every step of the way in order to follow Building codes requirements to the T. They submitted all of the paperwork to SoCal Edison and kept me up to date on their progress for approval. I’ve been live with my panels for almost 3 months now and am loving not paying outrageous electric bills running the AC in this summer heat! Mandy/HomeLink even checks in with my panels to make sure they are working properly and to make sure my SCE bills look correct. I recommend Kota Solar and Mandy Rami of HomeLink!

Homelink Solar and Tyler were very easy to work with. The project was completed within a few days, and had no issues passing inspection. I did have a few concerns, but they were addressed immediately, and everything looks great. Overall I'm very happy with the work that was done, and would highly recommend Homelink Solar.

They took over our warrenty from Kota who installed our system over a year ago. Our "gateway" on our system crashed, and after Enphase approved the repair, Mike and his team wasted no time sending a technician over to replace it. Everyone I met on his team was kind and helpful even during the Christmas New Year's Holiday. Highly recommend!
