The best solar experience possible. I added solar and FranklinWH batteries to my home and the experience 1 year in could not be better. I was referred to HomeLink directly from FranklinWH. I worked with one of the owners Mandy Rami directly. I have never spoken to someone so knowledgeable and a believer in a product before. Mandy showed us how she had Enphase micros inverters and Franklin Batteries on her own home and all the reasons why they were the best possible product on the market. Her personal buy in with the product made us comfortable making the leap. If it’s good enough for the owners home, it’s got to be the best option on the market, right? She was right. We considered a Tesla battery and so glad we didn’t make that decision. You really do get what you pay for and our solar + battery solution perfectly meets our needs and Mandy fully prepared us for our first year as a solar customer with NEM3 in SCE. Claire was super helpful through the process but I went from signed agreement to install in just 19 days, passed inspection 5 days after install and permission to operate with SCE just 6 days from there. I couldn’t believe the entire process was 30 days. I have heard so many horror stories about making the switch to solar and the delays, the misinformation, the utility bills even after going solar and none of those things happened for me going solar with HomeLink. I have never worked with a company that you knew cared at every level about me having a great experience. When you work with HomeLink you can feel the culture of service with every employee you work with. Thank you to Joaquin, Dustin and Adam for working with the highest level of care and concern on my day of install and a special appearance from Mandy too! It’s clear why HomeLink is the preferred partner with Franklin and why this is the best equipment on the market. Thank you HomeLink for giving me a reason to write a racing review about solar!

I had a great experience with Homelink Solar and Batteries installing my solar system and Tesla Powerwall. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and respectfully. The installation crew — Chris, Esteban, Ozzie, Kevin, Nick, and Matt — were amazing. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. They even replaced some existing cracked roof tiles, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect. Customer support has also been excellent. They are very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me secure my solar rebate from Tesla, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality of work, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend Homelink to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Mike and his team at Homelink Solar are awesome, I cannot recommend them enough! We had been talking about solar for a while but I wasn’t convinced the cost would really be worth it. I got a mailer from Homelink and figured it couldn’t hurt to call, and I am so glad I did. Mike was great. He answered all of my ridiculous questions and made me realize that I have been wasting so much money on my electric bill. The install was done in one day, and the crew was super nice and clearly knew what they were doing. Now that it’s done, I can honestly say we should have done this sooner. We're going to save literally thousands of dollars every year, woo hoo! I have already recommended them to my neighbors and would absolutely recommend Homelink Solar to anyone who is even thinking about solar. Thanks Homelink team!!

After researching many companies for my solar project, it was between Homelink and another local company. What made me choose Homelink was the honesty and transparency they pitched their product with. Even though the price was a little more, I believe I made the right choice for my project. From start to finish, Homelink has always kept me informed and whenever I have any questions or concerns, they always respond quickly and explain everything in as much detail as possible. They upgraded my panels i assume because the original panels they sold me were no longer available, but at no extra cost to me. The install team was amazing and got done within half a day. Cant recommend them enough and will definitely be using them for any future projects I may have. Thank you Homelink. Daniel is an awesome sales rep. I wanted a Franklin system specifically, Homelink understood what I was looking for and provided what I wanted. They were responsive, transparent, and knowledgeable about the entire solar insolation and the Franklin WH A2 battery interface. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly what they promised. The installation team worked smoothly, and the team did a great job from start to finish, with no complaints. The insulation crew answered any question that I had as they worked. Tyler Ingley was outstanding to work with, he answered any and all questions I had about the process. He demonstrated a strong technical knowledge and a high level of professionalism from start to finish. He followed through on every detail and made sure the job was done right. The Homelink installation crew (Christian M., Beto, Esteban, Ozzie, Matt and Kenny) did a great job. They were well trained, efficient, and knowledgeable. They let me know what was going to be involved prior to starting, let me know when power was going to be turned off and cleaned up the mess generated from the install. Then informed me of the upcoming steps to complete the system to start generating solar power. Looking forward to final inspection and turning the system on. Mike Perry was also great to work with. He helped with battery location and conduit routing. It looks great.

Great service from the start. The consultant Dan explained the process and the benefits of having solar and made it easy to understand. Dan went above and beyond to assure the process went smoothly. Clair was great with the communication via text letting us know the status of our project and any changes that came up along the way. The crew was great as well they showed up on time and completed what their schedule was and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards, Julio came out to meet with the inspector twice, once for the fire inspector and the next for the city inspector and to do some finishing touches. Julio communicated what he was going to do and did it! I highly recommend HDM Solar for all your Solar needs. Everyone was professional, timely, and a pleasure to work with.
