I highly recommend Homefront PT with KT! I injured my back in November. As a busy mom, I initially avoided going to a doctor and tried watching videos on YouTube for "relief" or "how to get rid of pain at home". They didn't work. After 3 months of gradually increasing pain, I finally saw a doctor and was referred to PT. The appointment scheduling process at Homefront was easy, and I started experiencing relief the same day as my first appointment. With KT’s guidance over the next few weeks, my pain completely disappeared. The exercises she prescribed helped reduce pain and strengthen my supporting muscles. When I “graduated,” she provided advice, encouragement, and I left feeling equipped to manage my back pain. I’ve had flair-ups, which she let me know was common ahead of time, but she has provided me with the tools on how to address the pain and guidance on how to see if I need to come back.
