I requested to tour a place and Jeremy quickly responded. He was available the same day at a time after I got off from work, which is very important and rare as I don’t want to take time off from work. He was also quick to respond to any questions I had and was attentive to my needs. I didn’t end up renting the place due to other reasons, but I would for sure use them again.

We had a great renting experience from Aya and her team. We were in our unit for a year and a half. In that time, if issues would arise, the team was quick to resolve them in a timely manner. Really great experience overall.

Jeremy and his team are absolutely the best! We've been in our unit about a year now. And haven't had a single problem with them. If we ever do have an issue it's taken care of super fast. Before we got this place we were struggling to find something. But we found Jeremy and he helped us get into this place before the conversation was even over. 100% would recommend to anyone!
