HVAC tech was professional, quick with his response time and considerate of our home. He performed his inspections fast and gave us honest feedback of solutions to consider.
Our upstairs HVAC unit was leaking through the ceiling and it took him no time to drain the overflowing drip pan and stop the leak from the ductwork.
The job only took 2 hours and less than $200 to fix, which was a win. However 2 days later, our ceiling is dripping even faster than the initial leak and slightly spreading on the ceiling.
This would have been a 5 star rating if we could have gone longer without the leaking returned. At this point our units are hemorrhaging us money.
