Overall great experience and my issue was solved. The first person that came out could’ve been much more thorough. The mechanic from the second visit acknowledged the issue from the first and let me know what really needed to be done. Ultimately,I needed my whole unit replaced (the refrigerant my old unit needed was no longer in production and was super expensive and not worth it) so we scheduled that. They worked with me and were professional and courteous. Big shoutout to Jack and Jeremy for helping me stay cool for the rest of the summer.
