Last year, my upstairs AC was failing. I called Josh and he came to do an assessment the very same day. I bought my house which had been flipped, and unfortunately they installed an air conditioner that was way too small for the area it was supposed to be cooling. Josh offered me great options for a new unit and installed it promptly. We are nice and cool and have not had any problems since. Fast-forward to this year, my downstairs AC went out completely. I called Josh in the morning and they replaced the capacitor same day at a very reasonable rate. What I really like about Home Service Pro is the technicians are responsive to you call, friendly, AND conscientious about their work being done right. A rare combination with this great locally owned business.
