Found our new plumbers! When one of the big shops in town failed time and time again, Home Run got the job done. They provided same day service, honesty and competency. Zack and Skylar provided great service.

Zach was awesome!! Very professional and taught me alot as he worked. This experience was fantastic. I dont see a need to contact anyone else for plumbing and fixture replacement. Im very happy with the results. So is my wife!!

Called them about a water leak - what we thought was a water leak. Turns out it was just deteriorating caulk. Company / service tech was HONEST- my most important quality in service work these days. Took time to answer any questions- asking more than once what questions we had and NEVER tried to sell us something we did not need. Called the night before - service answered promptly got us scheduled for the next day and called and texted before they came. Showed up in the time frame given. Pricing was super fair - $99 for a basic diagnosis. Service tech was clean , polite seemed very trustworthy and put booties on before entering home. Always asked if he could move something. Thoroughly inspected several areas before making diagnosis.

Excellent service today from the HR team from scheduling with great communication to the service technician Skyler who fixed my frozen faucet. This is a great company.

I had a mini-emergency because Thanksgiving was coming and our kitchen sink wasn't working. I called Home Run and they had someone out that afternoon. He worked for 3 hours to get everything fixed, did a great job, and talked to me about other changes I could make to stop a problematic trap under the sink. Top notch service and quality!

Technician was nice but scammed me. I’m a senior citizen. He said they didn’t work hourly. Quoted me $1000 for the job of turning my water on and finding any and all leaks. He fixed 2 pipes, then found a couple of other issues. Thought this was included in the quotes as he said there was other stuff included, not listed. To make a long story short, they charged me over $2300 and wanted to come back for an extra $1500 As they hadn’t finished the job. I asked them to leave and said we are done. Called another plumber who finished the job for $267. Home Run Plumbing is a scam artist. They aren’t even licensed in Iowa! Do not do business with them. They’re charges are a grand slam to the customer!

Excellent representative for the company. He was very respectful and explained all options thoroughly. I will continue to use Home Run Plumbing for future issues i may have.

My issue is not with the technician who came to my home to replace my water heater, it's with the owner of the company who took advantage of my precarious situation to price gouge me. Initially they wanted me to buy a water heater from them but we're going to charge me $2800 dollars for service and disposal. So I bought my own instead and saved $1540. So when the technician showed up late he did a good job but still charged me $1261 for two hours of labor and disposal of old unit. Unless your are desperate for repairs DO NOT HIRE THEM.
