"I had all the windows of my house installed by Home Pro in 2018. However, because I never bothered to lock my windows, I had trouble locking them recently when I tried to. When I called Joe, telling him about the issue, he had someone come over to my house within a couple of hours to make the adjustments so that the windows could be locked. When I I called Joe to thank him for taking care of the issue and ask him how much the charge would be, I was surprised to hear that the work was gratis."
