I’ve done business with this place for many years. It’s gone downhill for a very long time. I called with a “no heat” issue early on a weekend. I was told Brandon will call me back. I was told Brandon was currently on a service call. I waited 3 hours. No call. The next morning I received a call from a young female asking me if I still wanted to schedule service. I did not. Home whatever they’ve changed their name to no longer exists to me. I wonder where Brandon is.

Overall experience was okay. Communication on the other hand needs work. Employees need better work ethic. Left me with a pile of gravel, sand and slab of my drive way. For me to figure out how to dispose of. The billing doesn’t give me exact information on want I paid for. And the gentleman in excavator will tear up your siding and any pull down wiring hanging in back of yard. If I’m complaining oh well.

I had a 8:30am appointment I asked if I could show up a little bit late they said no which is understandable. At the end of the short conversation I said I want to keep the original appointment time 8:30 they said that they canceled my appointment in the system and now no plumber was coming till the next day. This is crazy to me their receptionist is terrible

These guys came out and cleaned out my main sewer line. They said they got everything out and it was draining well. 2 weeks later it is backing up again. My cousin lives a few blocks away and the exact same thing happened to them. It’s a lot of money half hearted effort. May just have been one guys fault but I would be careful to use them.

I had a new furnace installed yesterday and Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable technician he explained what he was going to do and was done in a timely matter. Thank you so much Angela

Young male plumber was to fixed my outside 2 faucets. He had to go to Menards for a washer x2, then charged me 60.00+ for 2 washers driving 1 mile away from my home. 179.00 for scaming a Sr. woman that still isn't fixed!!! Faucets still LEAK!

The Persons who work for Home Furniture plumbing, heating and Electrical are always Professional. when they enter my homes. They put on booties to protect my floors. They never leave a mess and always do a great Job. I have rentals and I manage other properties. I love the maintenance plan for getting all the furnaces inspected every year. I really am so pleased with the persons they send to do the inspection work. I am pleased with the persons who come so QUICKLY when a repair is needed. and the fair pricing. As a rental property owner the properties have to pass local government inspections that occur annually. I have never failed and inspection. Wife and I recently had to get our central air serviced, and it was a fantastic decision to have Home Appliance come do it. Our tech Austin was courteous, prompt, and completed the job in no time. Can recommend. Edit: just wanted to add upon looking at other reviews that we weren't the only ones impressed with Austin's work.

My ancient outdoor faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced with a freeze proof faucet. The young man who did the work was very polite, very friendly, and very efficient. I've been using Home Appliance for home repairs and maintenance for over 40 years and have never been disappointed in their work.

when he came out, he came to replace a bad ignitor with a new one. the oven is working much better now
