Home instead care services have been wonderful. The aides do a great job ensuring my mother-in-law is well taken care of with her personal care needs and always make sure the house is clean. They even run to the store for her when needed. She always has good things to say about the care she receives. They’ve been a huge help in keeping her comfortable, supported, and on the right track. We’re so grateful for their kindness and dedication!

Home Instead has relieved so much stress on our parents and ourselves! They really go above and beyond! My parents were dead set against this kind of help when we initially talked about it. Now they have just made new friends that they can count on. A recent hospitalization for my mom would have left dad unsafely home alone. One text to Home Instead and schedules were rearranged so my dad was not alone when we were not able to be there. I would highly recommend this company but have a hard time calling them a "company" as they have become a key part of our family!

Fantastic, the services are fantastic, my care person is excellent and the service is so helpful. I don’t know how I could do better than the help of home care services in particular the attendant I have and the superior knowledge base of can do services. Thank you so much for the supervisor, nurse and care attendant helping me in this time of my life and my health needs. Personally, I’ve had great luck with Home Instead. My mom likes the two gals who come to her house in Yankton every day. The scheduler works with me if my mom has an appointment. They take my mom grocery shopping weekly. It’s been about a year now and no complaints.

This business is not run efficiently. The helpers were subpar and one did not show or call. The fee is very expensive and not at all worth it for the service provided. Would not recommend for the care of your loved. The company did contact me and let me know that they are working on improvements so this sort of thing doesn’t happen again which I appreciate.

They stayed with her so I could go to work with peace of mind, knowing she was in good hands. They took wonderful care of her, ensuring that she was safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. HomeInstead has been the best decision we could have made for my elderly Dad. These people are family. They care deeply for the people they serve. When my Mom was put into the hospital they had heard thru one of their aides and reached out to us immediately. This reach out was so caring and above their responsibilities. They also adjusted their schedules to be sure Dad had someone at home while Mom was gone. Their kindness has been exceptional from the very beginning. You can feel their thoughtfulness by the way they try their best to help Dad live a full life. The fun road trips have meant so much to our Dad. We are truly Blessed to have them be a part of our family.
