Home instead care services have been wonderful. The aides do a great job ensuring my mother-in-law is well taken care of with her personal care needs and always make sure the house is clean. They even run to the store for her when needed. She always has good things to say about the care she receives. They’ve been a huge help in keeping her comfortable, supported, and on the right track. We’re so grateful for their kindness and dedication!

Fantastic, the services are fantastic, my care person is excellent and the service is so helpful. I don’t know how I could do better than the help of home care services in particular the attendant I have and the superior knowledge base of can do services. Personally, I’ve had great luck with Home Instead. My mom likes the two gals who come to her house in Yankton every day. The scheduler works with me if my mom has an appointment. They take my mom grocery shopping weekly. It’s been about a year now and no complaints.

I have been a client of Home Instead since 2020. They are absolute miracle workers and become part of your family. #Destanyisthebest.

This business is not run efficiently. The helpers were subpar and one did not show or call. The fee is very expensive and not at all worth it for the service provided. Would not recommend for the care of your loved. The company did contact me and let me know that they are working on improvements so this sort of thing doesn’t happen again which I appreciate.

This place takes so advantage of the Elderly people they take care of ... they charge the elderly 2 and 1/2 times more than the people they hire.... they make the elderly pay for all their mileage and they force you to take way more hours than what is requested.....it is cheaper to be in a Nursing home for 24 hours a day than it is to have them come into your home for just 6-8 hours a day.......
