We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Home Instead from our very first contact and throughout our relationship. Most impressive was Winnie, who helped my wife recoup from a serious illness. Winnie is a kind, thoughtful, proficient caregiver who helped us transition to the point that my wife has become fairly independent. Our friends and family who visited were similarly impressed.Winnie cared for my wife and tended to her needs while keeping our home neat etc. in short we looked forward to her arrival and consider ourselves fortunate to have had Winnie as our caregiver. Robin Nichols was assigned to care for our Mom in our home 3 days a week, M,W,F. for 4 hours each of those mornings for over a year. She's a wonderful caregiver and became like a member of our family. She protected my mom from falling, fixed her breakfast and lunch, was so extremely patient with her in conversations when my mom's hearing wasn't easy. We truly appreciated her kindnesses to our mom and she was so alert to her moods and health changes and informed us of anything that needed to be addressed. I cannot speak highly enough of Home Instead and any substitution if Robin was out for any reason which was few times and far between. Thank you Robin and Home Instead!

We started using HomeInstead for my Mom 1.5 years ago. They were so helpful in unknown territory, and were able to accommodate our needs immediately. Then, my Dad needed temporary care and we again turned to HomeInstead, who jumped right in. My Mom recently required extra care, and turning to HomeInstead was a no brainer. They are aiding both of my parents with constantly changing schedules, and they adjust without headaches. Their portal is helpful and easy to manage. HomeInstead tries very hard to provide the same caregivers for consistency. My parents rave about Annette, and Margaret; they are proactive, prepping meals & keeping the house tidy. The office staff is always polite and professional. DeAnna, Sharon, and Monica are life savers, always returning my calls and answering questions or pointing me in the right direction, above and beyond their responsibilities.
