Home Inspector Dude

Working with Joe at Home Inspector Dude was an excellent experience! As a realtor, I value professionals who are thorough, knowledgeable, and put clients at ease, and Joe exceeded my expectations. He completed a very detailed inspection, taking the time to explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He distinguished between items that required immediate attention and those that were simply routine maintenance, helping my clients make informed decisions without unnecessary stress. His report was comprehensive, organized, and delivered quickly, which kept our transaction moving smoothly. Joe's professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Joe and Home Inspector Dude to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable home inspector in the Jacksonville area. I look forward to working with Joe again on future transactions!

Joe is awesome and easy to work with! Highly recommend him for all of your home inspections needed! I needed a 4 point inspection quick to close on a house and get insurance and he made it happened!

Joe was extremely thorough and detailed. He saw things that I didn’t initially see when I first saw the house. I’m pleased with report and got at the end of day so I didn’t have to wait for a long time to receive it.

We had a great experience with our home inspector. He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail gave us confidence in our purchase, and the inspection report was clear, organized, and delivered quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable home inspector. 10/10 service!

Justin was extremely professional and responsive. We needed an inspection to be done ASAP and he arranged to do it within 4 hours. He was thorough and explained the process requirements clearly and the reasons behind each area of inspection. I highly recommend his services.

These guys are amazing. Joe knows what hes talking about, and Jessica is good at getting back with you on things. They had my inspection done and sent over within a couple days. When something came up, Joe went above and beyond to help me out with getting what i needed so i could close on my house. Id highly recommend these guys. Thank yall again. Ill be referring you whenever someone needs an inspection done and ill definitly be calling again if i ever need another done.

I had never heard of this company before but when I decided to refinance my home, the mortgage company chose Home Inspector Dude and I was totally 💯 impressed with Justin and his customer service skills! Other companies no matter who they are should look at how Justin Geiger conducts himself and how he represents his company. The closest company I can compare HID to is Hagen Ace Hardware. I felt the knowledge, concern, respect and above all the confidence that this young man was a true Christian and I felt that is the only way he operates his business is through his trust in God. Thank you 🙏 so much for doing a job very well done. Barbara Lynn Baldwin Callahan, FL 6/19/2026

Excellent Service. He found the Issue to the smell that was coming from under my house ( Which was mold). Gave me a report that was very detailed that help me to have leverage over the mobile home community which put them in position to fix the problem and not have my insurance company cover the cost of repair

Joe is awesome. Very thorough and fast results! If you’re closing on a home and have inspection deadlines, I’d definitely recommend this place. Prices are good and customer service is great. Thanks Joe!

Joe is awesome! Quoted a fair price, arrived on time, was very professional, and had my report within 24 hours. A+ service!
