Joe was very thorough from the very start, the initial phone conversation before I had even decided which inspector I was using he sealed the deal with that conversation. He went through exactly what he was going to be doing and on the day of the inspection he did exactly that. My home was a brand new build and thankfully I hired Joe. He found metal sticking through the roofing shingles from inside the attic. He was very professional and I highly recommend him. If I or anyone I know ever need an inspection again we will definitely be calling Joe. 5 *****'s!!!!!

I had never heard of this company before but when I decided to refinance my home, the mortgage company chose Home Inspector Dude and I was totally 💯 impressed with Justin and his customer service skills! Other companies no matter who they are should look at how Justin Geiger conducts himself and how he represents his company. The closest company I can compare HID to is Hagen Ace Hardware. I felt the knowledge, concern, respect and above all the confidence that this young man was a true Christian and I felt that is the only way he operates his business is through his trust in God. Excellent Service. He found the Issue to the smell that was coming from under my house ( Which was mold). Gave me a report that was very detailed that help me to have leverage over the mobile home community which put them in position to fix the problem and not have my insurance company cover the cost of repair

They missed an evident rodent problem in my attic during the inspection which will cost me $2K to solve. When I reached out, they ignored me. I do not recommend this company for an inspection.
