Excellent Service. He found the Issue to the smell that was coming from under my house ( Which was mold). Gave me a report that was very detailed that help me to have leverage over the mobile home community which put them in position to fix the problem and not have my insurance company cover the cost of repair

Joe was very thorough from the very start, the initial phone conversation before I had even decided which inspector I was using he sealed the deal with that conversation. He went through exactly what he was going to be doing and on the day of the inspection he did exactly that. My home was a brand new build and thankfully I hired Joe. He found metal sticking through the roofing shingles from inside the attic. He was very professional and I highly recommend him. If I or anyone I know ever need an inspection again we will definitely be calling Joe. 5 *****'s!!!!!
