We recently had to take the heartbreaking decision to let our 18 year old Bichon Tilly go to sleep. Having spoken to Annie I felt that it was the right time. Paul arrived punctually and explained everything to us he tried to have minimal contact with Tilly and allowed us as a family to say our last goodbyes . She left peacefully and respectfully with her family all around her and although it was very difficult to let her go Paul explained that she was ready which made our decision a little more bearable I also would like to thank them for the lovely card and flowers I received today. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Goodbye .

We sadly had to have our 19 year old cat Sola put to sleep this week. After some recent difficult vet trips, we wanted to avoid any more stress to her so contacted Home Goodbye. Annie was so kind and supportive on the phone, and talked me through the process. She booked us an appointment with Dr Jack who was calm and gentle and really helped us make Sola's last moments very peaceful. He gave us space to be with her and explained what would happen at each stage. Having been through a similar experience with our other cat at the emergency vet, I couldn't recommend the option for home euthanasia enough. It was so much less stressful for Sola, and for us, to be able to say goodbye to her in her favourite spot at home. Thanks so much to you both for your support.

I spoke with Annie on the phone and Paul came to our home for our farewell with our beautiful boy. I cannot sing their praises high enough. What was an extremely sad situation to be in was made that little bit easier by using home goodbye. Both Annie and Paul have nothing but compassion. Our final memory of our beautiful boy was him snoring his head off, not a bad memory to be left with. I have recommended home goodbye to our veterinary practice as the companies they recommended couldn’t help us. Keep doing what you’re doing because it really does help. 10/10

If I could give 10 stars I would. We recently had to say goodbye to our old boy - it's the hardest decision to make but the team at Home Goodbye were fantastic. Annie was so warm and kind on the initial phone call, she arranged everything for us including the collection and cremation with another company they work closely with. Jack, our attending vet, was so patient and such a calming presence. He explained everything and gave us as much time as we needed. Choosing Home Goodbye was the best decision we made. They are truly incredible.

I sadly had to contact Home Goodbye as our beloved Ruby deteriorated rapidly Saturday early afternoon after being diagnosed with diabetes and possible cushing's disease the week before. I first spoke on the phone with a lovely lady called Annie who arranged for the vet Dr Paul to come to our house as we knew it was our Ruby's time. Being our Ruby is a very anxious dog we was relieved it could be done in the comfort of our home. After speaking on the phone we was provided with all the information we needed. On arrival of Dr Paul he was very passionate and sympathetic of his work and taking care of our Ruby. He provided us with the time to be with Ruby by her side as she had the sedatives and never rushed the process allowing us to be with her. He had provided a caring and heart warming feeling listening to us talk about Ruby and even supporting us after Ruby had her final breath. I could not fault the professional work of both Annie and Dr Paul as they took amazing care of our little bundle of joy.

I can't thank Annie and Dr Liz enough for helping us through the loss of our beautiful cat Harry. He had a tough few days at the vets and our last chance was to bring him home to see if he would turn a corner. Unfortunately he didn't and I found myself on a bank holiday weekend looking for a vet that could come to our house so he could pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home. Thank goodness I came across Home Goodbye - from the moment I made a very tearful call to Annie through to Liz coming to our house and allowing us to give Harry the most peaceful, respectful and loving goodbye means more to us than words can convey. The care, attention and love given to Harry was beyond words and whilst we are still heartbroken at the loss of our beautiful boy there is so much peace in knowing he was in his own home and surrounded by love. They also worked with the pet crematorium so Harry was picked up and we had his ashes back within a few days, plus some beautiful flowers arrived from Annie and Liz - we will be forever grateful - Thank you so very much x

Home Goodbye (especially Annie) were simply wonderful from start to finish. They treated my rabbit with dignity and compassion, and supported me with such empathy throughout. Steve, the vet, was especially gentle and caring with Ben — his calm presence made the heart-breaking process easier for both me and my family. They gave my pet a peaceful passing at home, surrounded by love. Their kindness afterwards, including a thoughtful gesture of flowers, meant so much. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I cannot thank Home Goodbye enough for the incredible compassion and care they provided. Saying goodbye to my beloved dog was one of the hardest moments of my life, but their service made it as peaceful and dignified as it could possibly be. Vet Paul was truly wonderful – such a gentleman. He was calm, gentle, and so patient, not only with my dog but also with me. His kindness and empathy made all the difference during such an emotional time. The whole process was handled with the utmost respect, and I never once felt rushed. What touched me even more was the thoughtfulness afterwards – they even sent flowers, which was such a beautiful and comforting gesture. From start to finish, the service was just excellent. A truly lovely way to say goodbye to a much-loved pet. I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Goodbye to anyone facing this difficult moment.

Just an incredible service both Annie and Vet Paul offered and ultimately delivered. Their compassion and kindness were so appreciated. Foxy my 13 year Siberian Husky had the best end of life care that she so richly deserved. She hated the vets with a passion, so when I knew the time was right I was soul searching as to how to avoid the dreaded trip to the vets . Annie then explained how Paul would come to house. She would be in familiar surroundings and stress free. She even wagged her tail and was completely at ease with him being in her home . The process was explained to me in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Although she honestly just fell asleep, having had a last munch on her dentastix, distracting her and thereby letting Paul safety administer the sedation. She was snoring away in less than 10 minutes. She then had the final medication and she slipped away with her head on my lap and me stroking her ears in less than 5 minutes. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

She fell asleep at home and that was that , no stress no pain just slept. I’m really grateful to Paul who gave my girl a peaceful goodbye with dignity. Thank you Annie for taking on the admin with notifying the vets and arranging contact with the pet crematorium. No words can express how grateful we are.
