Home Care Angels has been a blessing when I needed care for my mother. After being hospitalized, my mother needed full home care during the day so that I could work. I called a number of agencies, many that could not find an aide that would provide care in our area. Debbie Cilento was absolutely amazing. She got back to me right away with what turned out to be a fabulous aide. When that aide was not available to come to our home on certain days, Debbie sent another to cover, who again, was another fabulous individual. I have subsequently needed assistance later on down the road after my mother's hospitalization and Debbie was so accommodating with my mother's requests (my mother can be extremely difficult at times). Every person she has sent to care for my mother has been terrific. One actually called me two weeks after terminating her service (since my mother was doing better), to see how my mother was feeling. I was extremely surprised at the level of caring these aides exhibited. Thank you Home Care Angels for putting my mind to rest at such a difficult and stressful time! I can't thank you enough Debbie!!

Debbie is a positive, caring health aid provider. She knows her clients and their families, always has a smile for them and is willing to help at any time, not just when she's assigned to them. I unexpectedly needed night care for my mother and Debbie provided me with an overnight aide the same day that I called her. She is very accommodating and her staff is kind and highly experienced. Debbie is responsive to texts and calls, which was very important to me since I live in CA. In addition, the night aides communicated well with the day time helpers. Oh, and best of all? The aides love my mother's cat! I highly recommend tis agency.

When my mom needed more assistance at home at Drum Hill, I contacted Debbie at Home Care Angels in Buchanan and she was able to provide a wonderful Home care aid to assist my mom. She was flexible with time changes and provided excellent care. My mom was always reluctant to get outside care from anyone other than her daughters but this young lady was accepted by her quickly. Debbie and her team are wonderful. They are so understanding as they know what the family is going through with senior parents. Debbie is right there on the spot. You can always get in touch with her and with any issues that arise she understands and works very hard to take care of them. All of the aides she provides are friendly, caring, trustworthy and helpful. They report everything to Debbie. If there is a situation the aide may need help with Debbie is there. There is open communication with the aide and Debbie and the family. It gave us peace of mind to have someone there helping them with their every day needs and the aide will even accompany them to doctors appointments and shopping.
