Erik is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy technician out there. I’ve tried out technicians before him, and I can say without a doubt he is the best one I had. Pricing is very reasonable and he got my laundry machine working very quickly. Will definitely be sticking with Erik from now on.

Erik came in clutch when we really needed him! Our new Kucht oven igniter went out and Kucht couldn’t deliver the part in time for visitors this Thanksgiving week. I called several appliance repair shops in the area and most hadn’t even heard of my oven brand and the others didn’t stock parts. Not only did Erik know the brand, he had the part in stock and was able to repair the oven same day!!!! Truly a blessing and I will definitely program his number in my phone for the next appliance issue!

He repaired my washer! Provided a 30-day guarantee and made my washer perfect after the initial repair, once we discovered that it needed one more tweak! Fast, friendly, affordable!
