Got into a truck wreck a few years back and only received 3k for me and my daughter…..I know they hustled me telling me to take the offer after waiting 2years, the lady Shannon on my case received a promotion after 2 days from getting me to settled these people will scam you if giving the circumstances beware and do your research

It’s been almost a year since my accident with no resolution. Pretty much gave up all confidence that this firm is doing the right thing by me. Which is confusing especially since all the other reviews they got seemed excellent but my experience has been the complete opposite. And still waiting with minimal updates….

Please heed my warning & do not pay attention to all these reviews that were made after doing an initial phone call with this “law firm”. SPRINT, do not run nor walk but SPRINT. I was hit by an RV and because of the lack of professionalism & failure to be consistent I walked away with less than 5k in my pocket after waiting almost 2 plus years. I was contacted by the other parties insurance multiple times to verify that if I even had lawyers & if they were real because of the lack of communication & this “law firm” not making a declaration of them representing me until almost 2-4 months into the case. It was a nightmare that I do not wish on anyway that is a victim. Within these 2 years I learned how to become an amateur lawyer just because of all the following up I had to do with the other parties insurance, hospitals for billing resolutions , etc. This “law firm” was so bad that they had to request an additional real law firm to assist & complete the case 2yrs in already into the case. It was instantly a night & day difference when the new real law firm was added. 0/5, do not waste your time

DO NOT USE THEM. The 5 star reviews are fake. Out of the 12k settlement they received from the insurance company, my mother only received 4k. Once you sign the contract with them, they either ghost you or dodge questions with empty responses. They took almost 2 years just to cut us a 4k check.

Honestly worst experience dealing with a lawyer if I have even been dealing with a lawyer at all only really get text messages then the 1 time they do call to tell me the numbers on my case they lied a day later supposedly now 10k is missing and I'm getting bent over if you value your time run don't walk get as far away from them as possible at this point I not even gonna see any money and I've been waiting over a year just to get screwed. Completely unprofessional and now they are dodging me.
